A very mediocre meal. I had a gluten free pizza which was serviceable. My wife ordered pasta without cheese, and she got noodles and what tasted like sauce out of a walmart marinara jar.
Not an expensive restaurant, but it was too expensive for what it was. Service was fine, we dined in their quasi-patio which was also okay, nothing special.
We love Cowgirl Kitchen! Pizza is always good, my favorite is the Shrimp Roll on a gluten free bun. Nikki is hands down the best server there, she made our most recent experience one of our favorites!
We had a wonderful meal! We had great service and the food was really good. The seafood & chicken paella 🥘 was great and we also had several small plates. The dates and the peppers were outstanding. We also had the local fish catch of the day and it was amazing. Finishing it off with chocolate fondue! And all of it was gluten free and they were very accommodating!
I had an incredible dining experience at Cuvee 30A! Our server, Jakob, was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and made our evening so enjoyable. The food was phenomenal, with plenty of delicious gluten-free options. Every dish was perfectly prepared, and you can tell the quality and attention to detail that goes into each plate. I highly recommend Cuvee 30A, especially if you’re looking for a place with amazing food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. 10/10!
Great little coffee shop. It's some of the best coffee I've had, on vacation or not! The espresso breve tasted nearly the same as it does in France. Gluten-free scone was FABULOUS. We tried the iced coffee, drip coffee, and espresso breve and latte. Full disclosure: it's pretty expensive. Sit and enjoy the coffee in-store to get your money's worth. The patio is great! We've gone twice already and will definitely go again before we leave. This location is much better than the Seaside one.
We had carry out pizza earlier this week. It was great and the staff was fantastic.
We dined in this evening and everyone loved their food, including pasta, gluten free pizza and crab cakes. Again the employees were great. If we lived around here, this would be our go to restaurant.
Edward's Fine Food and Wine in Rosemary Beach is a gem. Located just off the western square along the main drag, the setting is fantastic. You can choose between indoor seating, a covered courtyard, or dining along the pedestrian street.
The food is consistently solid. Last night, I had the grouper, which was cooked to perfection, followed by a rich gluten-free chocolate torte. My partner enjoyed bacon-wrapped duck and a non-gluten-free crabcake, both of which were excellent. We also appreciated the drinks—a couple of tasty rye Manhattans for me and a very good Pinot Noir for my wife.
The noise control was great; even with another couple at our table, we could easily hear each other. While it’s usually not easy to get a table, it’s not too difficult either, and the experience is well worth it. Edward’s continues to deliver on both food and service.
My experience at Amigos was excellent. The strawberry basil margarita was delicious and the bartender Kaitlyn was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She knew the menu well and was able to make recommendations. There are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. The chicken rice bowl is delicious and portioned well! Definitely will be back at Amigos for great service, food and atmosphere!
Original Review – 5 Stars (Posted October 2023):
Pescado in Rosemary Beach gave us such a memorable experience! We were a group of six, and the service couldn’t have been more on point. They noticed we were having trouble hearing because of a larger group nearby, and without hesitation, they moved us to a quieter spot. It was so thoughtful and really set the tone for the night. Plus, they always make sure my gluten-free needs are handled with care (I have celiac disease), which is huge for me.
We sat outside on the balcony, and even though the sun had already set, the view of the Gulf and Rosemary Beach was still gorgeous. The food? Incredible. I started with the octopus and had the New York strip for the main—it was cooked perfectly. The cocktails didn’t disappoint either; my rye Manhattan hit the spot, and the California Pinot Noir was a great pairing.
What I loved most was the relaxed vibe. We didn’t feel rushed at all and could really take our time to enjoy the evening. It was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had.
Update – April 2025:
Since my original visit, I’ve returned twice—and unfortunately, both visits fell short of the high standard I originally experienced. Most recently, we were seated indoors under a strong cold draft, which made the evening uncomfortable. I take some responsibility for not speaking up, but it still detracted from the experience.
More concerning, however, was the service: on both occasions, our server interrupted our group mid-conversation repeatedly, which felt intrusive and inattentive, especially for a restaurant of this caliber. On a prior visit, my pork chop was so salty it was inedible. While the team did offer to replace it, the follow-up felt overly forceful rather than thoughtful.
I hope to see the restaurant return to the level of excellence that made my first visit so memorable.
