Best Gluten free sub I've had in a very long time. The bread was soft and "normal" tasting. Worth the couple bucks extra. Both subs we ordered were delicious! Easy to get to off I-95. We'll be stopping in next time we're headed thru Brunswick
Great food. I have celiac disease and was able to eat all their sauces and all the meat. They gave me the allergy menu right away. Will definitely go back when we visit my brother again.
I wouldn't eat here if you have a serious allergy to anything. I was told they could accommodate to my gluten allergy and got The Breakfast Sandwich with GF bread. The bread was some of the most disgusting I've ever had, but I could imagine the contents of the sandwich would be good with the right bread. This being said, I have all the symptoms of being glutened. Service was good though and super cute place.
I have a gluten allergy and was concerned that they didn’t give me the right bread because it looked different than the gluten free subs I normally get, so I called Larry’s and the manager asked me to send a picture of the sub to his phone number because I couldn’t come back to the store and he confirmed it was the right bread. It’s very much appreciated and I ate it and had no reactions. Thank you!!😁

Great spot! We didn't have reservations as we were visiting but were seated at the windows. Waiter was very friendly, and the food was delish! Plenty of gluten-free options as well
Best ever! They have an entire gluten free menu and were so helpful. They even talked to the kitchen and pulled out an allergy guide for all the food. The food was incredible and the service was amazing. I will be going there as much as I can. The restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean, and family friendly.
Plant-based and Gluten sensitive when traveling can be difficult... NOT HERE.
I enjoyed a burrito bowl with rice, beans a ton of toppings... delicious 😋
** the spinich burrito wrap is not gf**
Better than Moe's and Chipotle hands down!

Had a wonderful experience at Dennys tonight! Annemarie went above and beyond by getting gluten free English muffins for me from the back, alot of people would have just said sorry we're out, but she went searching for me. Thank you! Every time we visit it's great.
THERE IS NOT A VEGAN MENU. We had a group of 10 and it's very difficult for me to find both Vegan and Gluten Free options for us to go out and eat. Our group went here because online there was a vegan menu with lots of options. We get there and there is no longer a vegan menu, they only offer vegan cheese. Which was still good, but very disappointed we made plans based on the Google search. The Gluten free crust was available, but if you have an actual Gluten allergy I would not recommend eating here. They cannot guarantee it's hasn't been cross contaminated, which I understand because it's seemed to be a small work space in their kitchen. There's not a TON of seating so I'd call ahead of you have a large group to see how busy it is. They were out of chicken and most of their beers. They stated their regular dough is dairy and egg free and tasted pretty good. The staff was friendly enough, nothing extraordinary. And the atmosphere was very artsy which I liked.
First time going. Went with friends from church. The selection is tricky, it's like a Subway or Moe's for pizza but you only get one type of crust unless you order the gluten free. Fresh toppings but was near as flavorful as hoped. Service was fast but to me wasn't worth the money we paid. We'll try again just to make sure it wasn't a one time choice experience.
I'm reading over the choices below and didn't know half that stuff was available...need to try again later.
Hidden gem in Brunswick! We enjoyed delicious sandwiches: saiyan-sesame garlic glazed tofu steak and Divine Panda with glazed pork loin. Side dishes were very tasty. Lots of healthy menu choices and vegan/ gluten friendly. Delightful owners!
Love shopping here. The kids love getting there free cookies. They have a decent "international" and gluten free section to choose from...the produce is always fresh and there is a great variety of fruits and veggies you won't find elsewhere in town. The only negative is there seafood is significantly more expensive than some other places in town...which seems silly since Brunswick is kind of a hub for seafood.
We stopped here while on vacation, and we are so glad we did. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress Pauline was so wonderful! My mother and I have celiac disease and the chef came out to make sure we had selected safe food to eat. I had broiled Salmon, and it was probably some of the best I’ve ever had. My mother had the fish dinner which was grouper and it was also delicious. My daughter who is three loved the gator bites, the boiled shrimp and her pigtails which was Mac and cheese with hotdogs and bacon.
I have to give a review. Opening day and they are extremely busy but handled everything well and made sure everyone was taken care of and happy. I am allergic to gluten and informed them of my allergy and they made sure nothing was cross contaminated and they have gluten free sub rolls which i love. The gluten free sub bread they use is so good! I highly recommend going here. My husband got the philiy and he loves the giant regular bread says it's the best sub bread he has had.
Friendly staff, great atmosphere, family-friendly environment. Went for an office get together and stayed for the music and trivia.
Limited gluten free options, but there are some choices. Handicap accessible parking and facilities.
Darn good southern comfort food prepared with fresh ingredients!
I'm diabetic and gluten intolerant so I love their fantastic selection of veggies: collard greens, green beans, carrots, cabbage, squashes, more types bean than you can shake a stick at! corn (on the cob, cream style, & regular), fried okra, fried squash, peas and potatoes (mashed, baked, buttered red, french fries).
The smoked meats are not pre-smothered in sugar bomb BBQ sauce.
Next time you are in downtown Brunswick, with or without the kids, stop in to one of the newest dessert places in town. I had never heard of them before so it was a totally new experience for me and the kids.
Vampire Penguin is a very unique dessert experience. It's not ice cream at all and it's kinda like shaved ice. It's like someone combined them together for a brand new idea. I don't have any dietary restrictions so I don't know about sugar free or gluten free options but they probably do, as that's the thing to offer these days. I included a picture of one of the menus too.
The flavor choices are endless and they offer custom flavored and themed dishes that will make it hard to decide which one to try. Everytime I take the kids there we try a different one and still haven't found a favorite as they are all delicious.
It's a small shop off of Norwich St and there isn't a lot of parking out front, as it's a busy block, so you may have to park around the corner and it's a short walk, the blocks are actually small.
Inside it's cute and welcoming, the hard drawn art is both entertaining and plentiful. A big oversized chair makes for an awesome backdrop for some pics to remember your celebration if that's what you came for. We visit probably once a month just for the special treats.
