A spot known for its accommodating nature and perfectly cooked offerings, though they occasionally miss out on extra toppings.
Family loves this place! Love consistency cross different locations and lots of gluten and dairy free option. We continue to visit regularly.
274 Western Ave, Augusta, Maine, United States
A popular spot for fresh, customizable options, where you can enjoy your meal in a bowl or wrapped in lettuce, and don't forget the addictive fries!
One of my go to lunch places! I come here at least twice a week, and usually get a bacon cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap with tomato. They usually ask allergy or preference, I say allergy since I have celiac. The tomatoes are always nice, and the lettuce wrap is usually pretty substantial versus when a place only gives you one leaf of lettuce per side. It's a little messy depending on the toppings, but if you order your burger as a little (1 patty instead of 2) it's usually more manageable if you're worried about that. Everything is made fresh, so depending on how busy it gets you might have to wait a little bit but they've got roasted peanuts to munch on if you want a snack while you wait. I usually also get fries, which I can't recommend enough. Overall a great pick!

A family-friendly spot with a popular Bubble Green Tea and accommodating to various dietary needs.
Great service (Sharon was wonderful!) and delicious food. This was our first visit to 99 since we're from out of the area and we'll definitely look for another. We appreciated the server's knowledge of celiac disease and care when handling gluten free foods to avoid cross contamination. Thank you!!

A spot where you can order online and witness your sandwiches being carefully crafted, but be prepared for potential wait times and missing items.
The women who made my sandwiches did a fantastic job! We ordered our sandwiches online and I requested the gluten free roll. We ended up being there to see the sandwiches made. The care she took to make my sandwich was unbelievable. She did great. However one suggestion for those of you who have an allergy don't do mayo. It is one bucket and one knife, at least at this location. My gluten free roll was pretty good, which is saying something for gluten free. I did rate this location as a 4 however because they forgot our hot sandwich and by the time we got it we were 40 plus minutes past our pick up time. They did give me tickets for free sandwiches however while I waited I noticed there were others customers likely in my same place, missing sandwiches and not speaking up. I actually had time to eat mine before we finally got the hot one. Atmosphere got a 3 because while the staff was great with customers with each other was lacking. Haven sat in the store for 40 minutes, I got an interesting observation on how jersey Mike's operates as well as this team's operations.
