Large, light and airy (think windows, wicker & large potted plants in an old factory building). However, there was no greeter; we sat at the counter and were ignored. Finally figured out we had to order around the corner at the register. The associate (they were all young) answered the phone while we were ordering. Very rude. We sat at a table and waited for our drinks (first) and sandwiches (a somewhat lengthy second) to be delivered. Gluten-free sandwiches were a disappointment--$10 & $11 for a BLT and a cheese & egg served on small sandwich-sized bread. Large drinks (the size of a Dunkin' medium) were $5 @. Neither of us will ever return. (P.S. Parking is horrendous. We nabbed a spot in the adjacent small lot but we would not have walked over from the municipal garage for the Gallagher Terminal.)

Best Place to come especially for my daughter’s celiac disease. They do an amazing job Catering to food allergies and have a variety of gluten free options! They take special care into serving the food by the manager specifically making sure no cross contamination!
I was so excited to try food from a place that's mostly gluten free, but holy shit this place wasn't even mid.
I got lukewarm sweet n creamy something on an arepa with lettuce. And my boyfriend's dish had wicked good steak BUT it was slathered in A1 sauce which should be a crime.
Panela has a mandatory 18% gratuity, which I'm fine with. But we saw our waitress twice; once to order and once to get the check.
Now I'm out 40 bucks and have a tummy ache :(
Gluten free vegan vegetarian and meat it had crispy on outside and nice in inside tofu it had amazing muscles in butter and heavy cream it was a out 10 to 20 a plate ut amazing they care too
I just want to say: that this little place changed my whole world. I got diagnosed with Celiac disease a month ago and since then, I haven’t eaten out because I’ve been so, scared of cross contamination. As, soon As I, walked through the door, all my Fear went away. The employees were all very well informed and very attentive to every word and worried I had. I spilled my drink and they gave me another one no extra charge. I was so, nervous. they were all so, nice to me! They told me that it was ok that everyone always spilled something and that wasn’t something to be nervous or worried about. I definitely recommend this little place .
Being gluten and dairy free means finding good pizza/pasta anywhere is tough. This place was absolutely delicious and the staff were so so so nice. I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu!!!
Every visit I’ve been here has been somewhat problematic. They do not have a separate fryer so if I want tofu with my meal it has to be steamed, not fried. Some busy nights they say they are “too busy to do gluten free.”
We almost went to Eggroll for a quick lunch but decided to try Suppa's Pizza & Subs instead, and I am so glad we did!! Oh my goodness I was absolutely shocked by the food here. One friend ordered the gluten free pizza and said it was absolutely delicious! The pizza was ready in about 10 minutes, which was not too long of a wait. My other friend ordered the buffalo fingers with fries, which she described as perfectly cripsy and that the buffalo fingers were tender. The serving size was very generous! We shared the fries between the three of us and did not even finish them.
I myself ordered the chicken tikka massala dinner and wow wow wow. I was so nervous to order this dish from a place with such a wide variety on their menu. However, it was so good! The serving again was very generous and only half the price of the same dish at the indian restaurants I frequent. It was a medium heat level, the perfect amount of spice in my opinion. The sauce was so savory and flavorful, I really could not believe it.
The workers there were also so kind. They gave us a free 2L of soda with our order. We had already opened it when the workers realized they didnt have cups. They were so gracious and offered for us to each get our own bottle of soda. They really went the extra mile!
The fried haddock dinner is a favorite at my house. We love that the batter is gluten free and tasty. The onion rings are always worth the upcharge. The portions are big enough to share. Yum!
Great spot with good service, good beer variety, delicious cocktails, GREAT food!
We loved dining here and will be back for more Gumbo and the burger. They seemed knowledgeable about gluten free/celiac habits. We highly recommend!
Decent prices and good portions. I got the lamb plate with spicy sauce which was awesome, white sauce delicious, and spicy sauce actually had a kick to it not like most pansy New England spicy of salt/pepper or with a pinch of cayenne they call "spicy". I meant to ask if their falafel was gluten free or not but forgot.
Great stuff here. A little pricey for bubble tea but it was delicious and they put extra love into the decor and creating a cozy, tropical escape vibe. They also have amazing sweet treats like Oreo waffles, matcha ice cream and gluten free macarons.
One of my favorite places to eat in Lowell. Food is always delicious and ftesh, and the service is always superb. My favorites are the avocado ball (appetizer) and the veggie stir fry with white sauce. Extra bonus: they cater to food allergies and have gluten-free soy sauce. A great value for the food and service, we always come back here!
