Monelli's is nice whether you like a sports bar for a quieter Italian restaurant because they have two sides with very different atmospheres serving the same food. It would have been nicer for my wife if they had some gluten-free options, but hey it's bar food with a little Italian. You have to expect gluten at a place like that.
If you are looking for a non-dairy treat, this is the place to go. They have something for everyone with all desserts being dairy, gluten, soy, and nut free.
As always when trying non-dairy ice cream I was skeptical coming here, but left being pleasantly surprised.
Well worth the price for an amazing hand crafted dairy free delight.
I had a complicated order due to food allergies. It was going to be so expensive to order 3 separate (2 gluten free) pizzas for my family. The manager, Danielle, got the orders perfectly correct, and cut us quite a deal. We don’t get to have pizza often, and she was so efficient and accomodating!
I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is PHENOMENAL. especially as someone who is gluten free!! They have gluten free flatbreads, fried chicken, fried PICKLES!!! they do have a shared fryer so if you’re celiac be wary of fried dishes. But seriously, you need to try this place whether you’re gluten free or not. Gluten free Thai flatbread makes a great appetizer too!!
We Stopped in for the Potato skins and a Guinness . My Girl was hoping to finish it up with a gluten Free dessert( they were all out! Bummer , no shortage of that delicious cheese though. Frankies is like hanging out in your buddys Barn Bar just with 5 more TV’s and 30 more people. Great place to watch the game. You have to love a place that everytime you stop no matter the time of day the kitchen is always clean. Cheers!
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Even after asking many, many questions and telling them that my daughter has Celiac Disease, they brought her a meal that had gluten. Unfortunately, my daughter didn't realize until after she took a bite. Understandably, my daughter was very upset. Even though she only took one bite, when you have Celiac Disease, that's enough to put you in the hospital. The owners response? Oh, I forgot! Wth? Other than one other person, we were the only ones in there. This is 100% unexcuseable! If you have Celiac Disease, avoid this place AT ALL COST!
