Great local spot for chocolate. My girlfriend is gluten free and dairy free so this is a must when we are in town. I would recommend the passion fruit, watermelon pate de fruit, strawberry balsamic caramel, and the strawberry white chocolate bonbon. We got the 8 pack plus a few extras on our last visit

Mountain Brauhaus is one of our favorite restaurants! The food is always fabulous and the traditional German foods remind me of my German grandparents kitchen. Fresh and delicious. Also, I cannot say enough good things about our server Oscar. He was professional, personable, kind and read our table perfectly. I have celiac disease so eating out is always a challenge. Oscar helped me navigate the menus for gluten free options and made suggestions. There’s a dedicated gluten free menu too! He brought me gf toasted bread without me asking for it. Stellar service and the gf food was exceptional. I had the seasonal salmon, so yummy, and a gf cake for dessert at Oscar’s suggestion. It was a German cake that I cannot spell if my life depended on it, but it began with a B. lol.
Highly recommend this restaurant especially if you need gf options.

Too hot inside. Limited options for vegan and vegetarian or gluten free. Wait staff seemed angry and annoyed by us or their jobs.

Today, was my first time at this charming place. The woman who greeted me was friendly and professional. When I asked for a cup of coffee she said light or dark roast. As a coffee lover that was awesome. The dark roast was excellent. The coffee had a robust strong flavor yet it was not bitter. Eager to go back and try the light roast.
It was so cool that there is a coffee shop in the bus terminal. Other smaller bus stations do not have a coffee place. So, rushing to catch an early morning bus and being able to grab a coffee is delightful - especially when it is such good coffee.
Unfortunately, I had food with me so I did not try one of the muffins. They have a good selection of vegan and gluten free choices. Next time I go I plan to get the light roast coffee and a muffin.
As a small business owner it is nice to support other small businesses especially when they are such high quality and offer a wonderful product!

The Butternut Squash soup was so/so. The gluten free I had doubts really was. They claim to use Rice flour but it tasted rised & looked exactly like flour. It was good

I met a friend for coffee and breakfast here. What a lovely, personable place. The coffee was delish as was the Brazilian breakfast plate I had. Cheese bread puff ball were a wonderful surprise to my gluten free life. At the recommendation of my friend I took home a fabulous pudding to share. Will definitely be going back

It was just ok! There was a lot of hype around this place and I was excited to try it! The atmosphere was casual which was what I expected but didn’t feel super clean. I got one of the wraps and it was pretty dry - my partner got an eggs Benedict and he said it was just okay, potatoes were cold but had good flavor. We waited about 35-40 minutes for our food to come out. The service was fine, it didn’t seem like they were happy to see us. Also upcharges were crazy - one of our friends is gluten free and they wanted to charge additionally $5 per piece of toast even though her meal came with a toast (totally understand there should be some sort of up charge but over $2 is pretty steep. Another friend was vegetarian and wanted the vegan sausage option, he got the $5.50 breakfast special and they charged him an additional $5 for swapping to vegan sausage. :/ Overall I’d say if you want to try it I would go when they are not super busy.
