I have been looking in vain for a really good- tasting gluten-free pizza crust, and I’ve found it at last at Julianis. It tasted like a pizza crust should — not cauliflower or wet cardboard. The thin crust was crispy around the edges and stood up to all the toppings I ordered. What a lovely surprise! My husband’s weddding soup was also excellent.
I stumbled across this place when I was going to do a grocery shop this evening. We are on vacation and not familiar with the town. I was very grateful that they had such a substantial Gluten free menu. My pizza was excellent as was the gnocchi and my wife and daughter absolutely loved their regular pizza and ravioli. I would highly recommend for both the lovely service I received and also the quality of food.

We celebrated my daughter as she graduated from KU. We were a party of 9 but not the only large party this day. The food was delicious (they have gluten free options), the service was exceptional. What made this visit most memorable was our server, Hope. Hope was more than our server. She was our celebration director. She engaged the entire room in honor of not only my daughter, but also for the other party's celebrations ! She made the whole event special.
Great dinner. I only wish they had more selection for a gluten free options. I'm glad to still be able to eat outside.
Another awesome meal, this time inside. Jenn is an amazing server and always a pleasure to see!
Great little place to study. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The gluten-free amaretti cookies are AMAZING. I also got an iced raspberry latte with oat milk and it was good!
Great prices, great quality coffee and tea with a great artsy atmosphere without a bunch of students. Indoor and outdoor seating. Yummy gluten free baked goods
I've been here several times a year for many years and the high quality of the food and service is very consistent. They understand gluten free and the chef is happy to make a dish gluten free when possible.
It has a relaxed atmosphere with a charming, cozy interior.
I had a nice, classic bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer with a kind of jam that didn't really add anything. My companions shared a generous mushroom bruschetta.
For an entree, I ordered the special : a mix of seafood over pasta you could get with red sauce or garlic butter. The chef made GF pasta no problem.
Honestly, it wasn't my favorite thing I've had, but I probably should have ordered the spicy version .
There were two GF desserts to choose from: creme brulee and flourless chocolate cake. Both are delicious. There were many other wonderful looking desserts including carrot cake, chocolate peanut butter cake, cannoli, a cream puff, another chocolate cake and more.
Just a note, people I have dined with rave about the snapper soup and get it every time they go. Also, the schnitzel is very popular.
Lastly, at lunch time, you can order from a lunch menu, a lighter fare menu or the dinner menu. So you can have a cheeseburger and ice tea or a steak and a glass of wine or something in between. Your choice.
Great modern, healthy, restaurant. I loved all the gluten free options and enjoyed the Greek warm bowl with salmon. I also had the kale and apple smoothie, it tasted like it sounds. There wasn’t a lot of sugar or additives to hide the flavor. I still enjoyed the smoothie but it’s not for everyone, it definitely grossed out my husband and toddlers. This may cost a bit more than some similar restaurants but I think it’s worth it for good quality, well made, Whole Foods- which they did an excellent job of providing.
Love this place! Been here 3 times in the last couple of months. Food is always good, staff is always friendly and things are fairly priced. Today I spoke with Renee, I think she’s one of the managers/owners. She was willing to go above and beyond to talk to me about gluten free options. I will definitely be back again.
I only have had to go gluten free quite recently, along with some other restrictions. This place was amazing and exceeded my expectations. If the waitress hadnt clarified when she put my food down, I wouldnt have known the bun to my burger was gluten free. She took great care of us and even more consideration when it came to my limitations.
*One thing to note is you have to ASK your waitress for the gluten free menu, the regular menu does not specify all the options as gluten free that are available*
Definutely planning to come back here next time we are at Peddlers Village!
Our family just ate here and it was very good. Were in town for a show at Mohegan Sun and found Kinya unexpectedly. The food was quick but made fresh and delicious. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and the restaurant was super clean. We will make this a regular stop on our way through Wilkes Barre. They have gluten free noodles if you are GF and want ramen and other options that are also GF.
Tried a gluten-free sandwich, and the first thing that caught my eye was the vibrant packaging – colorful and fun logo! A big shout out to them for making gluten-free options easily accessible; it's a game-changer for those with dietary restrictions. The taste journey was decent, not a culinary masterpiece but certainly not a letdown. A solid 3/5 stars for the effort and a heartfelt thank you for catering to gluten-free cravings with style!
We tried to eat at two other places before stopping at the Road Toad on our way home. I am here to tell you that I am glad that the other places didn’t work out. We left one establishment where we were actively ignored by the staff to the Road Toad where we were welcomed with open arms and smiles. Our waitress was fantastic-happy and attentive. And the food was delicious (shout out to John S in the kitchen for making us a delicious dinner). The bruschetta chicken was very tasty, and they were accommodating to my gluten allergy. Everything we had was very fresh and tasty. We will be back with friends.

I got cookies, both regular and gluten free stuff for a family gathering. Everyone loved them. I never leave reviews but the food tastes as good as the store smells when you walk in. I’d leave six stars if I could.
Ordered my husband a gluten free orange creamsicle cheesecake and it was amazing! Very rich and creamy and the crust was spectacular. Very friendly staff and helpful with going through your options for the cheesecakes! Great place!
Chikfilet is usually my safe place to eat out since I have a gluten allergy. This location assured me twice that my order was handled with the allergen protocol, but my nuggets was sitting with all the other pre-made up orders, and I'm sure the fries were not. I took a friend for his first time at a Chikfilet and the nuggets that I raved about for our entire trip was dried out and slightly burnt. I assured him this wasn't the norm with other locations.

If you're in the Peddler's village and want to enjoy a fantastic Burger, some great company with a super friendly staff then you should come to here. I come here a couple of times a year on business but I never dashed the opportunity to come and sit and enjoy a Burger with the gluten-free bun and some delicious fries
The food is always delicious and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Alloy burger is my personal favorite. They have gluten free buns, a dedicated fryer, and the staff are very knowledgeable about food allergies. They also have a nice rotation of tasty cider cocktails! Highly recommend!
Great place to enjoy in family!! My daughter has celiac disease, so she is only able to eat gluten-free. Their gluten-free pizza was amazing. My daughter was also able to enjoy an ice cream (peanut butter twist), which my daughter can never enjoy the experience of eating out because it's really hard to fine a place that can provide her needs. She always complains of pain when her food gets exposed to gluten, which on this occasion it didn't happen!!!! Will definitely be a returning customer.. HAPPY DAUGHTER, HAPPY MOTHER 👏🙏😋😁🥰 GB!!!
The carrot tuna IS SO GOOD! I loved it so much. Additionally this was the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. I feel so happy after eating this food. The mango smoothie was also amazing :-) Thank you so much!
Great atmosphere, crowd , live music enjoyed every spec of it. Their pizzas are amazing and calzones and for those with Gluten Intolerance you can definitely enjoy a meal too
What a pleasant surprise. We were enjoying a drive through the beautiful Pennsylvania Pine Creek Valley and fortunately chose to stop at the Waterville Tavern. The service was second to none and the food was a pleasant surprise - far better than expectations. They even had Chicken Alfredo, my 12 year olds favorite dish, and it didnt disappoint. Moreover, they bent over backwards to accommodate my girlfriend’s gluten free requests. Everyone was extremely friendly, and Deb gave us a tour of the recently completed cozy rooms. We’re planning an overnight here next time through, and plan on taking a little time for kayaking, fishing, hiking and biking (they are literally situated along the bike trail).
If you want a sandwich this is a decent place to stop. You can have anything made on a gluten free peta thing. I will say the gluten free menu they give you with the normal menu is sort of confusing. It's like a list of all the gluten free ingredients. So you either have to check your sandwich by cross-referencing the two menues or build your own. Server was nice and did ensure everything was gf though and that is the most important thing to me.
My experience at Two stones pub was fairly enjoyable compared to many other restaurants and I think that's in part due to: nice comfortable relaxed environment, nice seating and tables, clean, incredibly nice, accommodating and likeable waiter, the fact that they had some vegan options compared to none like a lot of other places, and that they gave out surveys with receipt which is really thoughtful and shows they care about they're customers. My only issues, and the reason why I am give 4 stars instead of 5, is that the music was a touch loud, the wait was a little longer then desired and the vegan options were less then ideal. I would love to see more vegan options in addition to little 'V' symbols over vegan dishes as I saw they had GF symbols for gluten free options which is really awesome as well. Other then that I like the place and would definetly frequent more often if more vegan options were available. 👌🏾👍🏾❤
Well … I am accustomed to several cafe and drive thru Starbucks in our local area and this is a licensed store. My decaf latte was a bit lackluster. I get 4 pumps of sugar free vanilla … which I could barely taste. However, I got the BEST gluten free ginger cookie I’ve ever had!!! It was huge so I took it home and shared this delectable goody with my family! The barista who made my latte must have been having a bad day. She literally slammed my cup down on the handoff plane. I thanked her and barely got a grunt. The barista who took my order was helpful and friendly. When I asked what gluten free items that had she suggested the ginger cookie! I have been at this particular licensed store before however, this is first time I cannot give it 5 stars.
Came here as a last second option for dinner as a party of 11. I do understand a big party can take a while in a restaurant. And it’s appreciated that we were given a couple little free appetizers while we wait for our food, but some individual appetizers such as soup came out at different times, cold and I didn’t get mine and when offered I didn’t even want it at that point any more. People came in after us, got their food, ate, and left before we even finished getting the rest of our starters. One of our party members is a child with celiacs and ordered a gluten free pasta and had to sit here hungry for well over an hour because the appetizers were not gluten free. Food was mediocre at best. We were here for an unnecessary almost 3 hours. Tonight was just ridiculous. Will not be coming back.
