I recently dined at True Kitchen in King of Prussia, and the experience was nothing short of a 5-star culinary journey. The restaurant’s industrial design, complemented by its open layout, allows diners to catch a glimpse of the kitchen magic as it unfolds, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere. It brought back fond memories of some of the best restaurants I frequented while living in London. Starting off, the "True Story" cocktail was a revelation - a refreshing blend that gains character from cucumber and snap pea, making for a perfect palate opener. The edamame dumplings were next, served in a broth so delectable, we contemplated enjoying it as a separate course. However, we poured it over our entrees instead: the teriyaki quinoa bowl with tofu for Jeff and, for myself, the spicy panang curry bowl with shrimp. Both dishes were outstanding, offering a perfect balance of flavors and the right amount of kick for those who appreciate a bit of spice. The curry was clean and satisfying, without overwhelming the senses. True Kitchen also shines in its commitment to inclusivity, offering a range of vegan and gluten-free options that don’t compromise on taste. Our server, Ashlee, kindly offered us a taste of their tomato soup, which was so delightful that it’s earmarked for my next visit, likely for lunch. If I were to note any downsides, it would be the close proximity of the seating arrangements which can feel a bit cramped. However, this minor inconvenience is easily overshadowed by the quality of food and service. The meal concluded with a flourless chocolate cake, a decadent yet somehow light dessert that perfectly rounded off the evening. We left feeling content and healthfully nourished. True Kitchen is a gem in King of Prussia, offering a unique blend of healthy, flavorful options that cater to a variety of dietary preferences. It’s a place I wish were closer, as I can easily see it becoming a regular dining spot. Highly recommended for those seeking a refreshing take on healthy dining without sacrificing flavor or experience.

They have gluten free pita, and it’s delicious! The staff were so kind and helpful as we looked over the menu. My husband isn’t usually a fan of Mediterranean food, but he really enjoyed food here. If we are ever in the area again, we will have to stop by.

The food was amazing! I got the gnocchi siciliano and it was delicious! Incredible house made red sauce and I had one of the best cannolis I've ever had in my life. However the service wasn't the best. I want to recognize that Valentine's day has been a week long for most restuarants, but our server was struggling. With every step of the meal, something was wrong. I ordered a club soda with lime and I was brought one with a lemon. My cousin ordered a gluten free cesar salad, and he confirmed that that meant no crutons, then brought he a cesar salad with crutons that she had to send back. Our meals were brought out and he grabbed the incorrect dish from the kitchen. He also was not sure about the dessert options and what was gluten free or not. Our checks were split, but my cousin's drink was on my bill. The food was great so I'm definitely willing to go back and look past the possible server burn out of Valentine's day.

I had the Gluten Free Pizza which was delicious. My husband got their hamburger. He enjoyed it greatly. It was very large. We then went on to see the Christmas array at Longwood Gardens.

We have dined here several times. The restaurant atmosphere and service is exceptional. What really wows is the food. Hands down the best truffle fries, brussel sprouts, risotto, and steaks in town. Last night I had the crab and shrimp pasta which prompted me to post this review. It is amazing! We also love all the gluten free options for our friends and family. Thank you Thea!

Cute little diner with the 50's vibe. Service was really great and food was your typical diner food. Food portions were large and filling. No gluten free toast options, but when the huge omelettes already come with hash brown potatoes, it's not a big deal.
