I got a gluten free coconut cake for my daughter and am so impressed by this most flavorful, dense, moist cake. The frosting is amazing too! I can be picky when it comes to frosting especially buttercream because I have had gritty-too sweet and this was just right without the gritty. This was my first time ordering and my daughter has to have gluten free. This is better than Any cake I have had including cake that is not gluten free. Highly recommended!
