Southern Delights by Michele - 100% Gluten Free Bakery

Phenomenal! I got a gluten free coconut cake for my daughter and am so impressed by this most flavorful, dense, moist cake. The frosting is amazing too! I can be picky when it comes to frosting especially buttercream because I have had gritty-too sweet and this was just right without the gritty. This was my first time ordering and my daughter has to have gluten free. This is better than Any cake I have had including cake that is not gluten free. Highly recommended!

This is such a beautiful place and all of their food doesn't taste like it's gluten free but is gluten free!!! I really recommend going here if you want a beautiful atmosphere and amazing service!! They are so sweet and their food is so good!! You won't even be able to tell that it's gluten free!!!

I was diagnosed with celiac disease last week and I've been overwhelmed by the changes that I will have to make to get better. Finding not just a gluten-free bakery, but a gluten-free facility in this part of Texas is incredible! I am so sensitive right now that I cannot handle cross-contamination. This bakery is a blessing to people like me! The pizza is delicious, so is the banana bread that I just tried, and I have three oatmeal cream pie cookies in the freezer. 😮 The customer service was top notch and the owner even sat down to chat with me and give me some quick advice about reading labels. Their kindness and support meant the world to me today!!
