Three of us had a late lunch here today and the food was fantastic. One of our party members has celiac so the menu being almost completely gluten free without having to ask for substitutions was why we gave it a try.
We tried the mozzarella sticks, fish and chips, banger and mash and finally the sticky toffee pudding cake. Everything came out very hot and delicious with generous portions even from the lunch menu.
Service was great as well. She knew the dish’s ingredient information and was very kind and attentive.
Loved my experience at The Brunch District! I had the gluten free waffles and was blown away. Will absolutely be coming back just for those. The service was also fantastic. I was taken care very quickly and my food came out very shortly.
PROs: Ambience is classy and comfy. Very friendly and professional. Speciality coffees available; basic & simple coffee bar; enjoyed the old school music playing in the background. The whole staff appeared happy and were attentive to all patrons needs. Alex (our waiter) was professional and attentive.
Order at the register. Food is served to your table. Under $50(with tip) we had Steak & eggs; Texas breakfast, cappuccino & coffee.
CONs: The steak cooked to order but was dry. The 'corn tortilla' was a flour & corn mix (my fault for being too eager & hungry, I ended up later with gluten reaction).
Our visit was before the lunch hour; the dining area wall had food/drink splatters and the woman's bathroom floors were sticky and had a strong urine smell.
Overall experience was pleasant and I look forward to the next visit to try the gelato and maybe a drink ;-). Thank you Black Walnut!
They are always so friendly, and helpful with wine choices. I love going here, and have taken many of my friends and family members.
Wish there were a couple more gluten free/grain free dishes. I tend to order the same 2 dishes again and again.

Great food and service! Very nice atmosphere. I will definitely go back. They do have a gluten free menu. And will accommodate you if you have dairy restrictions . The lunch menu ends at 2p. I went for dinner.
My buddy and I sat at the bar and had great service. The bartender was extremely helpful to my buddy who has recently discovered he needs to avoid gluten. She was very versed in the condition and gave him great advise on what to look for while eating out.
The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was great.

The food at Costa Vida is excellent! I could eat there every day. The enchilada-style burritos are delicious!
The restaurant is counter-serve---you go up to the counter and order a custom-made meal. It will definitely fill you up.
This is a good place to go if you are worried about your cholesterol level. The food is not greasy. Also, they offer gluten-free items on the menu.

I was like a kid in a candy store. I've been diagnosed with fatty liver disease and lactose and I can't have gluten so this store has everything I can eat. Loved it.
We had the best time here last night. We had a very large group - 18 people - so we were worried that we would overwhelm this small restaurant. They did a fantastic job. Drinks, appetizers, and main courses all came out in a timely manner - the meal was very well timed, not too fast or slow. The food and drinks were delicious, and they were able to easily accommodate our various dietary requirements (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan).
When we were all finished, we wanted to find a nearby bar, but weren’t sure where to go in the Colleyville suburbs. On the way out, we noticed their cozy, beautifully decorated and well equipped bar at the front of the restaurant, so we ended up staying for another round.
We would definitely bring our large group here again, with a reservation, of course. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
I ordered 3 burgers to go last night around 830pm. When I got home I realized my burger was not all the way cooked and there was mold on my gluten free bun. They close at 9pm, so they were closed when I tried to bring it back. I will never go to this place again.
Friendly Manager with good selection and recommendations for food options. Went with the entire family and had a pleasant experience with the fast and quality service. Has Gluten and Dairy free options too. Highly Recommend.

We Googled Smoothie places around us and this one came up. Of course, I'm a stickler for reviews and they had pretty high ratings. It's in Tara Village, which we pass almost every day but never actually went... until today. It's clean and smells like a healthy cafe. We're cleansing and cannot have dairy, which was perfect because everything here is vegan and gluten free😁
We were torn between and Acai and PB and J smoothie... and chose the former. It was super fresh! You can taste the freshness. As a matter of fact, they came in with fresh fruit when we were there. The smoothie could've been a little...smoother... and that's the only reason they got 4 stars. The smoothie was good and the staff was super nice! We'll be back to try more things out.
