Had a fantastic experience at Cava this evening! I must eat strictly gluten free as I have celiac disease. When I mentioned this prior to ordering, Luke immediately went to the hand sink and thoroughly washed his hands and forearms to prevent cross contact of gluten while he prepared my meal. This impressed me beyond measure, as this is an important precaution many restaurant staff don’t take. Wife decided to slack in the cooking department this evening and suggested pizza. We tried this place out and easily placed an order online. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and soon after had our food accurately prepared to take home. My Wife says this is the best gluten free pizza she has ever had, my Bronx pie reminded me of the local pizza shops where i grew up in new england and the kids destroyed the cheese pizza. We will be back soon to dine in. Thanks for the great food
