Celiac friendly

My daughter suggested this place for my birthday. Many of us have celiac disease or are gluten intolerant, so it is great to find places where gluten sensitivity is taken seriously. My husband and I drive for 40 minutes to get here, hoping it would be worth it. It seemed crowded and LOUD on the inside, so I made the choice to eat outdoors. This was a terrible decision. I am a native Texan and love the outdoors and don't mind heat, but... yikes. It was hot! I think they have made efforts to lessen the sounds from the highway and cars passing by, etc., and keeping out rain, by installing walls, but that has made the patio almost unbearably warm. They've tried to cool it off with water fans in some areas, but there is very little breeze. I was so hot it was difficult to enjoy my dinner or the company of my family. I took my salad home and had it for lunch the next day. It was delicious! Go here, but wear very lightweight clothing or just eat on the inside. The patio is beautiful, and I bet it is great in cooler weather!
