The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque

Been there multiple times. Best BBQ in town hands down. Had Brisket, Original Sausage, Pork Ribs, Mac & Cheese, Corn, and Fries. Ask for João to cut/serve the meats for you. My brother cannot deal with Gluten and he cleaned the whole board, got a new piece of brisket, cleaned knife and everything and my brother was amazed, very personable.

Every time we’ve come to Hutchins BBQ, it’s clean, the line moves quickly and the service is very friendly. We come for the ribs (both the pork and the beef), but my husband likes their Mac and Cheese, and the cobblers. I also like their burnt ends when they have them. I appreciate that their allergens are clearly stated for their sides and desserts. I’ve asked previously, and all of their meats are still gluten free to my knowledge. This trip we dined inside on the second level. It was a little on the warmer side temperature wise. Shoutout to Ross our amazing server who did a stellar job representing Hutchins friendly customer service!!

We go here a lot. They’re great with celiac disease (change out cutting board and get brand new brisket) so we really appreciate that. I love the brisket, but I tried the beef rib for the first time. Despite looking overwhelming, the beef rib was underwhelming. Very fatty, and for the price it was hardly and food. Pretty disappointing. Don’t get the beef rib.
