The food was very tasty. However, I have celiac and despite ordering a gluten free dish and informing the waiter of my allergy, I got sick and believe my food had some cross contamination.
I got the lamb hash but gluten free and it was so warm and comforting.
Amazing gluten free options, quick service and great options.
There might be a line to order but moves pretty quickly!
Only gf/vegan sauce they had was Sriracha... It's prob worth investing in a few bottles of gluten-free soy sauce, no? Would be nice if they had a vegan pho on the menu too. There was a literal mouse in the house and some hair in my noodles; it might be time for the four sisters to #stepitup
I was craving a gluten free brownie to stress eat, and wanted to try something new, so I decided to order one from here. I’ve had much better brownies from small regional airports in Queensland (basically an Australian TexasFlorida) than what I had at Bakeshop. The brownie here was unfortunately dry and had a strange aftertaste. Weak. Maybe their other stuff is better, but they don’t offer anything else that’s labeled as gluten free.
Cannot speak more highly of Mejana. Ordered from them for my office’s staff lunch and there were options for everyone: vegetarian, gluten free, and meat. Prices are reasonable and portions are large. Staff is incredibly kind. Ordered from Grubhub for delivery, delivery was never confirmed by the 3rd party service, called the restaurant and they immediately said, “no worries, we will get to cooking and wait for the order to come in and call you when the order comes through and if a driver was assigned.” Mind you, this was Grubhub’s fault, not the restaurant! The hostess asked me to text them my order and texted me when it was ready since Grubhub wasn’t communicating with me. You can’t beat this kind of customer service. Love supporting this local, small-biz!
Iykyk. And if you don’t, read this: colony grill is a sports bar that serves pizza and beer and pretty much nothing else, because what else do you really need anyway? It’s a chain that expanded out of CT and that’s just how it be. The pizza is thin crust “bar pie” style, i.e., you eat it sitting at the bar with a slice in one hand and a beer in the other - it’s light, chewy and foldable, but not floppy NY-style. Ask for the pie well done if you want it crunchy for dine-in, or half baked if you’re taking it home so you can finish it in your own oven. Do get hot oil on your pie. Don’t get too many other toppings; crust is thin and this is not meant to be a loaded/supreme situation. Plus thats how you’d make your meal expensive real quick. Service at this location is friendly and attentive. Vegan and gluten free options available.
Love this restaurant!!! Excellent food and margaritas. Sit on the rooftop! Bryan was such an amazing server with a lively energy!! I have a gluten allergy and he checked everything with the kitchen staff, even when the food was put down and made me feel assured that it was safe to eat. Such a great atmosphere and cannot wait to come back for brunch!
Great service with fun drinks. Some light gluten free options including fresh made guacamole and chips (just ask for salt on the side). Overall a nice spot for a fun night out with friends or a date.
A nice american restaurant with a good selection of burgers, sandwiches, fish, salads, flat breads, chicken wings, steak, etc. Good wine list and beers. They have a Gluten Sensitive menu. Good service and reasonable prices.
I have been shopping at Whole Foods Wilson Blvd Arlington Virginia for over a year now and I can honestly say that it is the best grocery store in the area. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always greet me with a smile and offer to assist me with anything I need. The store is clean, well-organized and spacious. I can find everything I want from fresh produce, organic meat and dairy, bakery items, prepared foods, supplements and more. The quality of the products is excellent and the prices are reasonable for the value they provide.
One of the things I love about this store is the variety of options they have for different dietary preferences and needs. They have gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo and other sections that make it easy to find what I'm looking for. They also have a great selection of local and international products that introduce me to new flavors and cuisines. I enjoy browsing through the aisles and discovering new items every time I visit.
Another thing I appreciate about this store is the community involvement and social responsibility they demonstrate. They support local farmers and producers, donate to food banks and charities, host events and classes, and promote environmental sustainability.
Yummy! There is a separate Gluten Free menu but it is a bit bare. More GF options, more things made w tamari instead of soy sauce would be great. Our server was so nice!
