Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a gem Urban Market is in downtown Neenah! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive—making us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. We enjoyed their gluten-free and dairy-free oat milk soft serve, complete with custom toppings that were as fun as they were delicious! The owners were present during our visit and took the time to introduce themselves and personally thank us for stopping in, which meant so much. Our son has some special needs, and bringing him into new places can sometimes be tricky—especially when he senses people are uneasy or staring. But not here. He was welcomed with open arms, treated with kindness, and even offered a couple of complimentary treats that absolutely made his day. This place isn’t just a shop—it’s a safe, thoughtful space filled with people who truly care. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to come back. Urban Market, thank you for being such a bright light in our community!

Outstanding. Food was amazing, gluten free options were amazing, and service rocked. Prices were great. Only place I’ve been to that knows how to make a proper omelette. Inside is a little dark but if you aren’t bothered by that, then it’s a lovely place to eat.

Amazing! My kids loved it, my husband loved it and I did too! My husband got a deep dish and I shared a gluten free pizza with my kids! It was all really tasty and our waiter was so nice!

Great staff and lots of tables. I enjoy the art in the restaurant. Wonderful hours. The food was good. It is limited in vegan options. I did enjoy the veggie fajitas. Ask for corn tortillas for gluten free.
