Nice place that serves excellent crepes, both sweet and savory, even gluten-free! I went twice during my trip to Oslo and was very satisfied. The first time the waiting times were a little too long, but the very kind waitress apologized and offered us some ice cream. I recommend it!
Very nice and welcoming place in the center, possibility of eating gluten-free but the pastries (desserts) are available after 10:00 in the morning, I went there at 9:30 as I had a tour of the city at 10 and the only gluten-free option was bread with which the shop assistants prepared me a sandwich with ham, cheese and mayonnaise, too bad the bread was cold. I went by in the afternoon to get some pasta and that was very good. In any case, breakfast for two, a gluten-free sandwich and a normal filled sandwich, a fruit juice and a latte: €30
Cozy restaurant with some gluten-free breakfast options (omelets and pancakes). The omelets were amazing, very large and with a lot of cheese. I think the bread could have been crispier, but that's the only comment.
We ate here because we could walk in straight from our hotel. We were greeted kindly by a very fast man. But... You have to order via an app unless you have allergies, then walk to the bar yourself. It took 40 minutes for us to get the food. The fish soup was ok. Enough fish but not super tasty. My friend got a gluten-free sirloin dish and that was ok too. There are much nicer places to eat in Tromsø. I would say choose that. And that friendly gentleman did not greet us back when we left. Shame.
Pleasant staff. The food and atmosphere were decent. Paid NOK 25 respectively for like 3 strawberries. However, it was good that they had gluten-free crepes - for those with celiac disease.
Great local place to eat. The food was very good and had gluten-free options for me. Drinks were made well, and everything was delicious. It was strange for us to order at the bar and everything was delivered to our table. However, all the employees were super friendly and helpful.
GLUTEN FREE BAKED GOODS!! I had the best gluten and lactose free cinnamon bun!! They have plenty of gluten free breads, baked goods, and sandwiches! A must-visit when in Oslo!!!
Wow, what a hidden gem!! A friend recommended and I'm so glad we finally tried. Finally, a restaurant with truly healthy options!! We had a group of 6 so we tried many dishes - everything was phenomenal! One guest said the fish soup was the best he's had. It was great to learn they can make almost everything in the menu gluten free for our GF guests. This is definitely a new favorite.
I met a cute guy I was supposed to take on our first date, but he has a gluten allergy. Walked around Asker from cafe to cafe, looking for good alternatives, until I came here! Both gluten-free cakes and rolls, and quiet places where we could chat. Also bought a bottle of apple cider to share, had to impress. Thank you Baker Hansen!
Baker Hanson is to be credited for it gluten free and other ranges of cakes and bread.
Unlike other major chains vis Star bucks which offer nothing.
Vote with feet.
Small restaurant with delicious handmade pizzas! The ingredients are fresh and you can taste the difference. Their gluten free crust is quite good too! I would definitely recommend you try them 😊
We loved Cupcakehuset! We visited off a cruise ship, having walked along the coast path, and had a lovely relaxing break with cups of tea and delicious cakes. I was able to get a lovely gluten free carrot cake, which was much appreciated. The café is beautiful with flowers everywhere and the staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks very much. 😊
This was a great find for us as they had freshly made gluten free loaf so we could have make your own sandwich. The food was delicious with a good selection, comfortable seating, great coffee, friendly staff, and lovely location.
I came here for the gluten free and dairy free options, which are sparse in Oslo. I was pleasantly surprised by the bean brownie, which was a tad sweet but otherwise good. The coffee was OK.
What I thought was really strange was the Mediterranean bowl. It was a really odd assortment of fruits, vegetables, and nuts with hummus. While I’m happy to have something to suit my dietary needs, I found it off to be eating pickles, sun-dried tomatoes, dates, olives, passion fruit, and hummus in the same plate. Overall, I would suggest avoiding the food and sticking to the teas and sweets.
Baker Hansen at St. Hanshaugen is simply the best! Missing a bit more (not sweet) gluten-free options, but here they have several types of plant-based milk plus decaffeinated coffee. Actually also Oslo's most affordable coffee place, here they don't charge extra if you need allergy-friendly milk for your coffee!💕
This place is where we had the BEST food during our Norway trip. One family member is celiac and he was treated with safe gluten free dishes during the whole course. All ingredients are so fresh, each dish offers many different tastes in it. A must to experience! After all, we felt price was very good for the quality we enjoyed.
Quality and delicious products, with vegan and gluten-free options. The coffee is great and the staff is super attentive and friendly. We will return without a doubt! Super recommended!

The atmosphere and service was fantastic. Loved trying the reindeer with mushrooms and lingonberries, the wolf fish, and the langostine soup. The chocolate cake after was gluten free and excellent! Highly recommend.

Delicious meal with 6 adults, including a combination of vegetarian and gluten-free. Starter, dinner and coffee. Communicated well and thought along about what was possible, resulting in a good ending to a nice holiday in Norway.
Very good breads 😊😊😊 Best in town. And the fact that you get 3 loaves of bread for NOK 117 is very nice 😊 I have a grandmother who is severely intolerant to gluten. And the only cakes that are sold, which she doesn't get in trouble for, I can only buy at Baker Jørgensen. And it is not possible to notice a difference in ordinary cakes. Always shop there. Because you can't get cheaper bread anywhere else. And they last twice as long, and taste twice as good 😊 And then there is a cozy cafe there, with nice people who work there 😊👍 Recommend trying out their products. Lots of good food, for everyone 😊😊👍
Delicious burgers, with the option to have gluten-free bread and vegetarian options. Behind the Opera House and the Munch museum with super nice view of a canal
