I haven’t had anything I didn’t love at Willow’s! When you have a gluten allergy, it is hard to find places where you don’t have to worry about cross contamination and exposure. Willow’s is a dedicated gluten free bakery so I don’t have to worry at all! I can have whatever I want: from soft pretzels to donuts, cheesecake to sourdough bread. Delicious, safe baked goods!

We frequent this BJs Brewhouse and appreciate the casual meal, with great service and variety of sports options on. This location has some great servers. They understand the seriousness of a gluten allergy and most know just what to offer. After years of dining here, our server tonight, Joshua, recommended the berry burst cider for a gluten free option. It was phenomenal! I opted for the Gluten free dessert to-go, but maybe next time I will take a six pack of the cider!

I was bummed after going here. It looked fun and the food looked good. It was so loude I could not even talk and could not hear the waitress. I kept asking her to speak again. The food was good but not what the menu said it was. The waitress said everything is made in house. I am Gluten free so when she returned I asked if the GF Buns are made in house since most commercially made are no good. She then tells me none of the bread is made in house. When 5 minutes before she told me everything is made in the kitchen. Sadly we will not return. I was very disappointed.

I love the burgers here but the customer service is seriously lacking and the manger is extremely rude. Over my past 5 orders they have forgotten toppings, sides, and condiments. I’m a celiac and can’t eat gluten and this is one of the rare places who offer gluten free buns at an extra price. It’s already crappy I have to already pay more for a allergy but on top of that they never give me ketchup, or mayonnaise even when I ask multiple times to please put it in the bag. since my gluten free bun comes in a plastic wrapping they don’t put the condiments on the burger even tho I’ve asked them too they said they can put it in the bag and then never do! I’ve gotten a couple deluxe burgers missing onions, missing lettuce, missing ordered and paid for bacon on the burger. I’ve gone back through the drive thru because let’s be honest no one wants to eat a dry burger. Tonight I went through the drive thru after driving 20 minutes to get it and asked the girl three times for ketchup and even asked her if she put some in my bag and paid extra for two ranches and then I get home to no ketchup no mayonnaise and a burger with no lettuce or onion. I called the manager and was very respectful and said hi I was just there 25 minutes ago and ordered food, I ordered a deluxe gluten free burger and they gave me no ketchup or the ranch I paid for and my burger was missing lettuce and onion. And if I could come back tomorrow and get a remake cause this is like the 6th time it’s happened. He then told me I could come back right now when they close in 25 minutes and I’m 20 minutes away. He said he didn’t care there was no one above him to talk to and hung up on me. He was very rude, very disrespectful and I’m sick of them forgetting my items. Sucks cause food is good. Management is horrible and it seems like there’s multiple people having this issue. I work across the parking lot from them and eat there on my lunch sucks they’re gonna lose a almost daily customer over remaking a single burger. Do better
