I thought this was a great option for Gluten Free in NYC, perhaps one of the best. Down by Wall Street, it's quieter than midtown and upscale to at least a mild degree. All options are marked. Servers were knowledgeable and quick. They had filtered water in carafes as well as sparkling water. The server even brought me out a lit candle midway. Prices were good. I've had a lot of Pad Thai, and it was fairly good.

Shack Burger patties were overly well done and dry. I had a gluten free bun, which is always on the dry side, that made the whole burger taste like styrofoam.
