Let me tell you something about Drasko’s Hot Chicken: this place is the real deal. It’s the kind of spot that makes you stop mid-bite, look around, and wonder how the hell Perth got this lucky. Nashville-style fried chicken, done right, with all the soul and swagger it deserves.
The chicken? Oh, man. It’s got that crackling crunch that shatters like glass, revealing meat so juicy it’s practically obscene. The spice blend? It’s not just heat—it’s a symphony. It creeps up on you, lingers, and makes you reach for another piece before you’ve even swallowed the first. And the sides? House-made, bold, and unapologetically delicious. This isn’t just food; it’s a full-on experience.
Here’s the kicker: Drasko, the man behind the magic, is a Perth kid who cut his teeth at Noma in Copenhagen. Yeah, *that* Noma. You can taste the Michelin-starred precision in every bite, but there’s also something deeply personal here. This isn’t just a chef showing off—it’s a guy who fell in love with hot chicken and decided to bring it home, perfect it, and share it with the rest of us.
And for my gluten-free friends? You’re covered. No half-measures here. This is fried chicken that doesn’t just accommodate—it celebrates.
Drasko’s Hot Chicken isn’t just a meal; it’s a story. It’s passion, obsession, and a little bit of madness, all wrapped up in a crispy, spicy, glorious package. If you’re not already lining up, you’re doing it wrong.
See you there.
We just had a birthday party at neighborhood pizza in their function room and I just want to publicly say thank you so much to Nick and Renzo for all the help and effort you went to. Such a special night the pizzas, as always, were an absolute hit. Even the gluten free and vegan options were raved about!
Thank you so much guys for helping make it such a memorable night.

We visited for a friend's birthday and we were very impressed indeed with the delicious offerings. We're not ones for tapas generally but we're already planning to return! Spacious, with nice and very helpful staff. They take allergies and coeliac disease seriously and the mocktails innovative and delicious. Ticking all the boxes for us!
The best Gluten Free pizza I have ever had. The staff were so aware of gluten free/Coeliac Disease requirements & their attention to detail was amazing. Thanks guys reallly appreciate ur focus & food. Cheers, M😀
Went for a dinner last night with a big table. It was very busy but the staff were still outstanding! Catered for my gluten intolerance and a friend’s request for vegan, were spot on with their Italian wine suggestions, and were willing to make a fire engine drink for my son. Then the food came out (note that it was quick, and timed well, even for a table of 13) and it was mouthwatering delicious. The sauce reminded me of Italy (can only imagine how much better the fresh but gluten rich pasta would have been) and everyone at the table finished the enormous serves we were given. Definitely worth a visit!
Small but busy atmosphere with wood fired pizzas coming out of the back and great cocktails and wine.
Prosciutto with burrata was amazing value with freshly sliced prosciutto and very attentive service.
Offered gluten free pizza base and pasta was delicious!
