Food was okay. As a big restaurant chain, I guess I can't complain. But it certainly nothing special. The location is very convenient. While there are gluten free options, there are very limited dairy free options. One thing I would love to point out though, is our server was fantastic he had a great sense of humor was very helpful and was a tentative to our table.
My friends and I came here for brunch on the weekend. We all enjoyed our meals.
Atmosphere: 5/5 - if it's a beautiful day, go for the outdoor seating near the water. There's also interior seating too with a nice vibe to the place
Food: 4/5 - Two of us had the breakfast platter of chorizo sausage with fresh fruit, roasted potatoes, toast and choice of 2 eggs and the other ordered the savory Dutch Pannekoeken with two range eggs, and turkey bacon. All servings were of decent portions. There are choices for the gluten-free and the vegetarians. A great place for breakfast.
Server - 4/5 - friendly and helpful. It took a bit of time to get our meal.
Parking - 3/5 - metered parking nearby with insufficient parking spots.
Though Pizza Pizza is a franchise, this specific location truly feels local. Every time myself or my partner get pizza, our exact order is remembered and we're treated very kindly.
Also, I have Celiac disease and am usually quite sensitive to cross-contamination. The team at this Pizza Pizza remember I'm Celiac every time I come in and always clean surfaces/do everything they can to mitigate cross-contamination. I have never once been sick after eating the gluten free pizza from this location and I've ordered multiple times.
That being said, everyone's levels of sensitivity to cross-contamination are different, and I do recognize there's always risk when getting food from somewhere that isn't designated gluten free. But as far as my experiences have gone, I feel very safe ordering from here, which is deeply appreciated as I've had some bad experiences elsewhere.
Friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. This little burger place formerly known as Burger haven is amazing! Their "magic mushrooms" are battered deep fried mushrooms and paired with their in house made honey mustard are to die for! The gluten free bun for my burger was fluffy and the best gluten free bun I've had not super dry and dense like other places. Also the milkshakes are great and come in the classic metal cup which I love. They even make them boozy for an extra 3$.I'm going back to this place soon and I recommend you give it a try if you're in the area!
The food was quite good, but fell short when they used powdered Parmesan. I'm sorry but no self-repecting Italian restaurant should ever use powdered parmesan on a dish.
Service is definitely in the upper end of new West, but still doesn't hold a candle to similarly priced places in Vancouver.
4/5. Good for New West, but only mediocre for the GVRD.
Gluten free pasta seems to be Barilla. A bit more effort to make it special would be nice, we can make Barilla at home. Go the extra mile.
Had a wonderful dinner here tonight. Came for my husbands birthday with friends and enjoyed delicious food and friendly service. The restaurant accommodated my gluten allergy (celiac) very well. The caprese appetizer was very creamy and amazing. The pana cotta dessert with the chocolate was heavenly. Great central new west location. Prices may seem high but portions I had matched it very well. Will definitely be back.
The atmosphere was nice the restaurant was cold had to leave our jackets on. The food had a very tasty delicate taste. They have Gluten free options. But not sure why they can't make the Tom Yum soap gluten free. The servers are friendly but could use a little more training on their own menu on what is GF and show some empathy instead of being annoyed. Peanuts are gluten free.
Food is always good. Offers lots of gluten free options including wiener schnitzel. The owner is awesome. Great sense of humor and take pride in her restaurant and the food. We frequent the restaurant often and always leave happy and full of delicious food.
Burger and fries tasted fresh
They give you a ton of fries for regular which is nice
I got a gluten free bun which tasted pretty good compared to other gluten free buns out there
And they seemed pretty chill
This place is great! Food is gorgeous, service is fantastic, tons of gluten free and vegetarian/vegan to choose from! Make sure to reserve as it fills up fast on the weekends. Enjoy 😉
I am going there on a regular basis as I have Gluten allergy and this is the healthiest option around our office. ... anyways, their design your owner salad which is what I get all the time is tasty and healthy and I give 5 start for that. BUT then I noted the amount of salad was noticeably and ridiculously cut!! I knew about the trick of cutting the amount, but keeping the same price but shouldn't this be reasonable!!! I always get full size salad and feel really full but this time I was not even close to full - half hungry!! As I said it's been over 5 years I go there and I am really disappointed ! If that is the new way of managing the business, I probably have to find somewhere else to eat ...

The food here is amazing! My husband and I eat here often and are never disappointed. The service is always great and they have a lot of gluten free options as well. Highly recommend!
I work next door - this is my go to for lunch when I have to buy one! I order the Thai style chow mein box but with rice instead of noodles and it is gluten free, vegan, delicious and healthy!
This restaurant is a New West staple. Love this restaurant for service, food and the view. Unfortunately, their rice is not gluten free which lessens what I can enjoy on the menu. A must try!

horrible experience. the server didn't care about our allergy needs. they were dismissive and guaranteed that certain things were safe. my partner ended up having an allergic reaction at the restaurant even though the server said that the dish was gluten free. this is majorly concerning in regards to food contaminants and care for customer safety.
Pizza is pretty bad. It's a pity because the gluten free crust could be one of the best in town, but there's little to no sauce or cheese on top so it's difficult to eat and very dry. I've ordered from them sometimes as they're open late, each time I remember after how disappointing it is
Recently had a large group of women (~30) for a reunion at this restaurant. The service provided by Tammy was excellent! We had a preset menu with some different options, and separate bills as well. Tammy was on top of everything. The food was excellent and provided in a timely manner. Everyone enjoyed the appies...and when I asked if anything was gluten free, she immediately brought me some fresh veggies/humus.
Kudos to Stefanos. Highly recommend this restaurant
(Only gave 4 stars on atmosphere because it was quite loud...but that was partially that many women meeting up, and partially the music in background. I am sure they would have turned it down had we asked.
The atmosphere was nice and warm. The server was very friendly and knew about food allergies. They have gluten free options, but they call it gluten friendly cause there are chances of cross contamination. The server said, they don't clean the grill off, i guess that is hard to wipe down .the eggs benny sauce tasted kike it was from a can as did the pineapple..
Great place for good Mexican food. Has numerous gluten free options.
Great portions: always leave with doggie bag for lunch the next day.
Truly enjoy their enchiladas.
Back and better than ever!
New West sushi jem. The perfect balance of quality and price, Sanjo is my goto for Sushi in New Westminster. 10/10 and will be my goto weekly Sushi order, this place is uplifting the New Westminster sushi scene!
My only advice would be to work on allergy friendly wording in the menu, and a few modifications to bring in a new customer base (gluten free/vegan/nut free)
Best restaurant in New Westminster. Their food is art.
Everything on the menu is amazing. Gluten-free options. Very spicy and delicious. And nutritious!
Honestly Longtail Kitchen is better than every restaurant in the entire Vancouver region, and is better than much more expensive places, too.
This is what food is supposed to be.

Pizza is tasty when they get the order right. We order the gluten free crust every time and they only make it on the gluten free crust about half the time. We’ve had to go back to the store after delivery on multiple occasions to get the gluten free crust with no compensation.
