I am following up from my previous review that I had left a few weeks ago. Despite having a negative experience, the staff at Browns Crafthouse went above and beyond to make sure that my friends and I had a good experience to make up for what had initially happened. The manager Matt reached out and was very kind and generous, and offered to make the experience better for us. They accommodated drinks and many appetizers for our large group, and were super sweet the entire time. I cannot remember our servers name, but she was a tall caucasian woman. She provided excellent service and took my friend's gluten allergy very seriously. It was some of the best customer experiences I had. Matt himself had come out and greeted us, apologized for the previous experience, and made sure we had a great time. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good experience, and it was really appreciated!

This is a beautiful restaurant with lovely ambience. Despite my rating the food less than four, they did GREAT on gluten free options. What we were surprised by is the lack of flavour in the brunch egg offerings. Even the bacon was low or no salt. Apart from the flavour, the presentation and quality were excellent. Will go again, but dinner next time!

I went there 3-4 times for some authentic Italian food. Was so glad to see they had so many vegan options, gluten free, dairy free. And even said they can substitute any of the ingredients for vegan.

🍕Ordered gluten free pizza with chicken, green pepper and Roma tomatoes and some other toppings and it was amazing. Very tasty, only like $16, and the store is very nice well designed. Will definitely be back for more pizza!
