My wife and I went there last week and weee lucky enough to have Kendra as our server. We have a gluten allergy and Kendra was sure to let us know what didn’t have gluten in it. They were a huge help and very personable. Hopefully we get them again next time we go out for a meal.
Had the yellow curry with chicken to give them another chance. Taste was good and good size portion. The reason it was a chance was because the last time I came was at supper time and the chicken I got was dark brown and tasted a week old. Not sure if it's just better to always come here at lunch time or what the issue was last time because it was okay this time. Also of note, they do have gluten-free options and I have celiac disease and I did not get sick after eating the yellow curry.
Really excellent food, including authentic Mexican tacos! There are many gluten free options on the menu (including dessert!) and they have a dedicated gluten free fryer. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable on gluten free options.
We always enjoy our meals and service at BP. We have Gluten allergies in our family and always feel comfortable with the options on the menu, preparation and service of gluten free items. The host Sam Z is always so full of excitement and is beyond helpful and polite. Always a great time when we visit BP in Fredericton!
great place to grab a bite if you’re in downtown fredericton, not too expensive as well, staff is very friendly, restaurant is very clean and cozy, i definitely recommend the smoked macaroni and cheese with bacon, they also have vegan and gluten free options on the menu, will definitely be returning :)
Newly opened restaurant with delicious well bodied dishes, friendly atmosphere and thirst ending drinks. The slight saltiness of the Thai Salad paired superbly with the Nourish Smoothie! Well planned menu selection of vegan, gluten free, and omnivore dishes. Recommended for any foodie local and tourists alike.
I have celiac disease and this place always takes great care with what I've ordered to make sure it's not only gluten free, but is also free from cross contact with gluten. They have a gluten free section on the menu which means I don't have to scour it for what might be okay. The seafood is always fresh and their sushi is delicious. The wait staff is friendly and conscientious. Thanks Naru!
TRIED to order from Online Centralized order center for Gluten-Free, and after a confusing 20 minutes with the person taking the order she asked what I would like with my bread roll. Told her that would kill me so no thanks, then she had to transfer me to someone else who when I spoke to informed me that I would have to start all over with the order. Found somewhere else where they KNOW what they are doing. Bye Bye Mario!
Milda's is a little hole in the wall pizza place located in the basement of the Arts Centre. It is a little hard to find, but the food is good so it is worth the effort. Cash or debit only so be prepared for that. Pizza is tasty with interesting flavors you won't see at the typical chains. I liked the 3 little pigs pizza, but they have other tasty options too. Food quality is overall pretty good but some items, like the tomato sauce, could have used more seasoning to really stand out. They have salads and a selection of baked goods, with gluten free options.
Amazing restaurant with amazing service! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and can’t wait to try more of their dishes. They are extremely accommodating and were happy to adjust my meal since I can’t eat gluten. 10/10 recommend!
Great location, GREAT food, fantastic service. We had the red haired, lovely server. I'm a celiac and she MADE SURE I understood what is available. The chef, and perhaps owner, came out to reassure me. Well done !!!! I appreciate the extra effort, I truly appreciate it!!

Probably one of the best places to get sushi in the city if not the best.
They have a decently sized gluten-free selection and everything is very fresh!
They have a separate menu for gluten-free items so you don't have to worry about asking 10 billion questions they know what they're doing and you can go in feeling safe.
Just remember going in that the Miso soup is not gluten free sometimes they add it to your table without thinking because it's standard procedure for them.
We enjoyed lunch here today.
My lobster roll de-constructed had fabulous flavour.
My hubby had the stir-fry as there were not a ton of gluten-free options on the menu. His portion was a little small but he enjoyed the flavour.
Our server was great!
My celiac girlfriend asked one of the workers if he would change his gloves to help eliminate any chance of contamination so she doesn’t get sick, his response “I’m not going to accommodate your allergy”. Pretty messed up. Will not be back.
This review is specific to my needs, and will likely only apply to other folks who are gluten intolerant. On my visit, staff were great to deal with, so I appreciate the staff engagement. My issue was- I am gluten intolerant, and the Coffee Mill has virtually ZERO gluten free options. This surprised me, I can always find SOMETHING wherever I go, I am not a fussy eater... but my only choices at the Coffee Mill were a slice of gluten free bread, or some bacon. For the first time ever, I left a restaurant without eating because they had ZERO suitable options. If you (or someone in your party) is GF, you might want to give the Coffee Mill a pass.
Barburrito has never let me down. Every time I visit Fredericton, I make sure to stop by and order either the gluten-free veg burrito or the veg rice bowl, and I absolutely love it. It's one of my favorite places! You should definitely check it out—you won't be disappointed!

Good flavour, good options! The meat options we tried (barbacoa, adobo, and carnitas) were all tasty, but as usual, I prefer the barbacoa and carnitas. 2 bean options, two rice options, multiple meat options, multiple veggie and sauce options. But somehow the only Gluten-free menu item was a bowl. Why not corn-tortilla tacos? Either way, I will be back.
