Experience real Ethiopian hospitality at Lalibela. A variety of veg and non veg dishes and gluten free breads are worth the visit. The spices enhance authentic dishes slow cooked and served on platter.
African palace was a great nurturing experience. I was with a friend so we ordered a veggie combo for two. The food came quickly, it was warm served on a huge plate with fluffy gluten free bread. The spice levels was moderate, adding a bit of hotness to the dish which tingled my taste buds in a good way. The plate was full of different types of stews that can be eaten with the bread offered. Once you get to the bottom of the plate, you discover the bottom bread loaf soaked in the tasty sauces, and it just gets more mouth watering delicious. It was satisfying and surprisingly light on the stomach. The space was sensorially friendly. Music was not loud, the lighting was warm and comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommend this place

With such a fluffy foccacia-like crust, it's like the toppings are levitating on an airy cloud. Once you sink your teeth past the crispy exterior, the delicate gluten network presents a pleasant chewiness along with a distinct olive oil and yeasty aroma. The crowd pleaser was the pepperoni, topped with a tangy red sauce along with cheesy mozzarella savory beef pepperoni, and spiked with a generous drizzle of sweet harissa honey butter that really elevates this above a typical pepperoni slice. The Bianca is a wonderful niche offering for fans of gorgonzola, which along with the tahini, garlic confit, and potatoes brings a rich, creamy bite. It's the one bite whose flavour will be etched into your mind, whether you like the funk or not.
Absolutely delicious food! I am Celiac and need to follow a strict gluten free diet, the owner was happy to go through safe options with me and there are so many yummy options to choose from! Falafel are naturally gluten free and these are in a fryer separate from flour - yay! My go to however is grilled chicken, rice, loads of veggies, pickles and smothered in tahini! Always tasty and a great value!

One of the cutest spots for a date or girls night. Their tartare is delicious and if you are gluten free offer the option of parsnip chips which I may prefer over the bread!
Do yourself a favour and order the duck confit and make sure you have plans for a nap after.
Banjara is two restaurants: the main one has classical North Indian cuisine, the one on the east side has Dosa. Since one of us developed celiac disease, we find the gluten-free Dosas delicious and safe. The North Indian food is very good too. When the virus is over, be aware that it gets crowded at peak hours!
