Once you sink your teeth past the crispy exterior, the delicate gluten network presents a pleasant chewiness along with a distinct olive oil and yeasty aroma. The crowd pleaser was the pepperoni, topped with a tangy red sauce along with cheesy mozzarella savory beef pepperoni, and spiked with a generous drizzle of sweet harissa honey butter that really elevates this above a typical pepperoni slice. The Bianca is a wonderful niche offering for fans of gorgonzola, which along with the tahini, garlic confit, and potatoes brings a rich, creamy bite. It's the one bite whose flavour will be etched into your mind, whether you like the funk or not.

Incredible flavorful pizza in a re-invented way. A breath of fresh air. As someone with a gluten, dairy and egg intolerance, this place was a DREAM!!!! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!
