With such a fluffy foccacia-like crust, it's like the toppings are levitating on an airy cloud. Once you sink your teeth past the crispy exterior, the delicate gluten network presents a pleasant chewiness along with a distinct olive oil and yeasty aroma. The crowd pleaser was the pepperoni, topped with a tangy red sauce along with cheesy mozzarella savory beef pepperoni, and spiked with a generous drizzle of sweet harissa honey butter that really elevates this above a typical pepperoni slice. The Bianca is a wonderful niche offering for fans of gorgonzola, which along with the tahini, garlic confit, and potatoes brings a rich, creamy bite. It's the one bite whose flavour will be etched into your mind, whether you like the funk or not.
Banjara is two restaurants: the main one has classical North Indian cuisine, the one on the east side has Dosa.
