I was introduced to Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant by a dear friend when I was visiting town. It was my first time tasting vegetarian Chinese food and to my pleasant surprise, it was absolutely delicious! Every dish was flavorful, and honestly, did not lack the taste of meat! We ordered Mapo Tufu, Fried Noodle with Assorted Vegetables (item menu no. 94), Mock Sharkfin Soup (item menu no. 21), Stirfried Pad Thai (item menu no. 104), and my personal favorite, the Assorted Gluten plate (item menu no. 6). I was so into the appetizer plate, I only remembered to take a photo at the end! If you are looking to try something new or even a new side of Chinese cuisine, I would highly recommend trying Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant. We will be back for more for sure!
