Possibility of GLUTEN-FREE pizza dough!! So few pizzerias offer a gluten-free alternative, I thank them very much!! The gluten-free dough is excellent (my friends tasted my pizza out of curiosity and certainly noted a difference in taste with the classic dough but appreciated it). Being lactose intolerant I also asked to remove the cheese from the Regina pizza. TOP TOP TOP Too bad we live in 91 otherwise we would order them every week…

Visiting Versailles and wanted to eat close by - Had a lot of gluten free options. We ended up going with the Chefs Choice(5 cold &5 hot) and it was unique and delicious. Very welcoming.

I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the way this restaurant handled our various allergies, ranging from gluten to shellfish, wine, and mangoes. The chef expertly crafted substitutions for each course, going above and beyond the typical salad sans croutons. Instead, he created new sauces and elements that stayed true to the original recipes, ensuring that those with allergies felt included and satisfied. This was a dining experience like no other, where I didn't feel like I was missing out or being treated differently for eating gluten-free. It was truly the best meal I have ever had. Every dish was not only delectable but also presented like a work of art on the plate. The staff moved with grace and coordination, almost like a well-rehearsed ballet, displaying their expertise and hospitality. The ambiance of the dining room was both stylish and inviting, with chairs so comfortable you could lose yourself in a book for hours. The wine list was extensive, and the staff's knowledge and recommendations were top-notch. I started off taking photos of the food, but by the third course, I was fully immersed in the experience. And let me just say, the gluten-free bread was unparalleled in taste and texture. I am baffled by any review that would rate this restaurant less than five stars – for me, even five stars does not do justice to the culinary mastery, exceptional service, and overall excellence of this establishment.
