The food was amazing, and they have an excellent gluten free selection with a Celiac specific menu. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodated our group of 12 with no issue. My wife celebrated her 45th birthday and they gave her a free dessert. No notes
Really nice to have a big selection of gluten free meals. Service was great and cool location. Food was a bit bland to be honest . Big portions though and very crispy fish!
So glad we dined here while staying in the Temple Bar section of Dublin! Server was very knowledgeable about gluten free items and helped me with the menu, I had the fish and chips and my friend had the Shepards pie! Both were amazing! I had a local gf beer and drinks were delicious! Highly recommend, and I will definitely return!
Our server was super helpful and was able to indicate which items were gluten free! She asked if it was celiac and when I said yes she made sure to tell the kitchen to clean everything!

The gluten free dough balls were so good I questioned the waiter whether we were given the wedding ones by mistake. Very clear about what can be made gluten free and what is already gluten free. Very tasty gluten free chocolate brownie.
Great cafe! My husband had delicious French toast and I had Irish beef burger with Gluten Free bread and fries. Good GF options and they were very accommodating!
Great gluten-free pizza.
But, but, but: I was really unsure about the desserts. I don't drink alcohol on principle and asked which dessert was gluten-free. When I pointed out that the cake they'd recommended to me had layers of gin, they said it was jam. And? It's still alcoholic. Honestly, that shattered my trust in the staff.
PS: The espresso was great.
We had 3 people in our party and only one had a good food experience. Unfortunately, the 2.people that ordered gluten free pasta dishes were served extremely boring dishes with no flavor and absolutely no attempt at presentation. The gluten free pasta dishes looked like something from a children's menu - no exaggeration, I promise. My dish, Penne Regine All’Arrabbiata, was tasty and well presented. I enjoyed it! Service was attentive. Atmosphere was ok. Tables were close together, somewhat unnecessarily since there was plenty of space in the restaurant. We will not be returning.
as a celiac it’s hard to find places like chippers etc to do gluten free but everytime weve gotten food here the gluten free is fab!! i’m always scared aswell of being contaminated but i’ve never once been glutened from here. of course it’s like any chipper food so if you’re not into that i wouldn’t recommend it but if you like that kind of food it’s a great place for gluten free or just regular. will def be back again :)

Our waitress Kacey was really nice! I'm coeliac and she was amazing and made sure I knew exactly what I could have. She was also really nice to my little sister and very understanding of my gran.
I brought my family to this restaurant as I go there a few times a year because two of us are celiac and it isn’t safe in most places to eat out. I usually eat here because of my celiac disease as I was confidant that it was celiac friendly and didn’t have to worry about cross contamination and they cater for celiacs but the last time I was there I was told that the chips , wings and chicken was not gluten free because they were cooked in the same oil and fryer as the rest of the gluten food. I found this very disappointing and can’t understand why this has changed. I will not be returning as it is unsafe as a celiac to eat here. Very disappointed
As a Brazilian, this is a must-go-to spot. They have plenty of delicious and authentic food. Tapiocas are great and have proper legitimate ingredients. Their coffees are insanely good, and if you have a sweet tooth like me, you have to try their paçoca hot chocolate – trust me on this one.
They’re constantly busy but once you’re sat it’s very quick and easy to order. They have multiple vegan and gluten, dairy, allergen free options. Paradise!
This is one of the few spots in Dublin you can find a casadinho and their pão de queijo is the best in town (according to me and all my friends). Their meals are also spectacular, cuscuz, feijoada, you name it!
I do think €3 is a bit much for a singular brigadeiro or pão de queijo as the ingredients are cheap and they’re very quick and easy to make. Not an unusual thing in Temple Bar area and other Brazilian spots as well though. Alas, I keep coming back for the quality.
Was turned away the 1st time because we did not have a reservation. So make sure to make that before going. Gluten free fish fry was fantastic something that can be very hard to find. I had the beer battered (not gluten free) was flaky, chips were solid. Overall great spot.
First time in Dublin this past week and the quays is 100% the best place I have eaten. It's a smaller restaurant, but it looks gorgeous and is connected to a large bar with great live music.
The staff are efficient, polite and above all, friendly. Personable and helpful, and very attentive.
The food was HOT not warm like a lot of places that just reheat premade meals.
And as a celiac I was thrilled with their selection of gluten free options.
If you're looking for a great place to eat or even have a drink, I can't reccomend the quays enough.
Perfect place for lunch/dinner. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. They adapt all their dishes to people with celiac disease and intolerances. The food is spectacular. 10/10
Great location and a very unique setting to enjoy a few drinks and some good food. The waiter could not have been nicer. He went to check with the chef as our daughter is a celiac.
Food took a little while as it was busy. Chicken burger & prawns were good. Friendly staff, would recommend!

Unfortunately, a disappointing experience.
The initial welcome was friendly, but there was zero flexibility when it came to ordering. I asked for an Irish Breakfast with gluten-free bread and to substitute the two puddings (which I can’t eat), but was told I could only remove them — no substitutions allowed, and I would still have to pay for the full dish. When I asked why, the only explanation was “the chef doesn’t want to,” which felt more like a whim than a serious policy. I decided to leave, as I believe this kind of attitude is unfair — especially in a time when food allergies and intolerances should be taken seriously.
We visited at about 12.30pm. Ordered a cake, a scone and a gluten free cake. GF cake not available, so left with the only other GF cake they had. Scones also gone. 'Cakes' were the tiniest I've ever seen. An expensive and underwhelming experience not to be repeated.

Went here today for lunch. The service was brilliant. The food was great but if you are ceoliac or gluten intolerant I would not recommend. Ordered the gluten free chicken tenders and gluten free loaded spice fried which were delicious but as soon as I left got symptoms of being glutened.
Called in advance to ask if they had any gluten free vegetarian options. Super helpful on the phone and at the restaurant. And a really delicious burger.
A very delicious brunch with several gluten-free options! I recommend the dulce de leche crepes, a success
However, by mistake they served us gluten-free crepes with gluten-containing cookies on top. A very serious error that does not usually occur here, but it is important to keep a better eye on it, and that Mayte solved with efficiency and humor, thank you!
Otherwise, good service and lovely staff
Had such a great experience! Food and service were amazing. I’m a coeliac and they had gluten free garlic bread and crème brûlée as a substitute which were both great. Will definitely be back.
Very good place, they have been able to assist us in Spanish.
The food was very good and at a good price, and they had a gluten-free option which is not very common in this area.
As a gluten free girly - this is my favourite place to eat in Dublin. Most dishes are adaptable to be GF, with absolutely no compromise on flavour. Going to a place with no restrictions to what I can have on the menu is really refreshing. The staff are very sound and the vibes are immaculate.
Had a lovely dinner at Nutbutter. Nice atmosphere, great service- I love that it’s a little more hands-off, gives it an especially relaxed vibe. Myself and my friend both had different rice bowls and both were absolutely delicious. Appreciated the ability to customise the protein option as a vegetarian, and being gluten free I was still replete with options. I was absolutely bowled over to be able to have anything I wanted on the dessert menu! Shared the chocolate mousse and miso panna cotta and both were out of this world. Wish I’d discovered Nutbutter earlier into this trip to Dublin or I would have been back to try a few more- as it is it’s high up on my list for next time!
