a wonderful place, impeccable service, but above all delicious GLUTEN-FREE sushi! they guarantee no contamination and are really super careful in distinguishing the dishes from the "glutinous" ones. the atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming, it has become my favorite sushi restaurant!

How to feel at home!! Quality ingredients and above all they reminded me of the flavors of my land (oil, fior di latte, piennolo tomatoes) Clean and well-kept environment and welcoming staff. You don't need to book for lunch, but I recommend it for dinner. Prices in line with the city of Rome. For two, 30 euros for a gluten-free Margherita pizza (excellent!), a Margherita with 4 tomatoes, water and coffee. Try it and believe it!

My husband's pinsa was good. My gluten-free pizza was terrible: thick and rubbery dough, low quality tomato (not much) and mozzarella. So much so that I wondered if it was a frozen pizza. Maybe they'll improve it 🤞
