After two years back in Perugia, alone this time, I didn't think twice about returning to Il Moderno. A particular and welcoming place, it looks like the living room of a house; books and wines everywhere...for those like me who have these two passions, rest assured that you will like it. Good, helpful and attentive kitchen and dining room staff. In short, well done guys! Menu with a limited choice, a huge plus point that makes you think of the use of excellent raw materials, in fact that's the case! The ingredients are excellent. Prices like the ingredients, excellent too. I highly recommend anyone who is undecided to opt for them, whether you are alone, as a couple or in a group. You will feel at home!

Ada in Perugia is a hidden gem. Each dish was full of flavour and beautifully made with care and creativity, and they catered to our gluten free needs seamlessly. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the setting felt relaxed but elegant. The wine pairing was particularly stunning - a local Umbrian pinot noir.
