Excellent place for people with celiac disease! Everything is gluten-free and delicious. We tried the pepperoni pizza, a baguette, a bacon braid, and a kind of vegan curry-filled bun. It's a small takeout place, although there are a couple of benches outside where you can eat. The guy is very friendly and speaks perfect English.
100% recommended, but we recommend getting there early because they're so fast.
I enjoyed my green salad very much. The balance of all the green veggies, with the smallest pop of a red lettuce in it was excellent. The dressing was a outstanding pesto, which I almost wished for more of, however I was so glad to be able to taste and appreciate each of my vegetables individually, again harmony.
The tiramisu was vegan and gf, as were all the desserts. This dessert was great as a df gf customer.
What we would have liked more of, a few more gluten free options on the savory menu. The green salad was the solitary option. No soup or warm food was gluten free on the entire menu. Many vegan people would like this choice. I am celiac, and found your restaurant on Atly, a gluten free restaurant App. It would only enhance the menu to have 1 soup and 1 warm meal. This would raise the stars to 5 stars!🌟
Really loved this place! I’m a very sensitive coeliac but despite the small risk of cross contamination I was totally fine and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I even ordered a dessert crepe afterwards seeing as the ice cream was gf too!
Service was quick and the staff were lovely - I was informed that they had cleaned the plate they cook the crepes on but that they couldn’t guarantee it was safe - which was nice to see they understand the severity of coeliac and still try to accomodate! Safe to say it was well worth the slight risk
Excellent burgers and very interesting desserts, they also have gluten-free sandwiches so they can satisfy even those who need gluten-free. Service as always friendly, water included, prices slightly higher than average but worth it.
The gluten-free tacos here were insanely good, I had 8 of them and honestly could’ve kept going! The staff were super helpful and knew exactly what was gluten-free, which made me feel safe and taken care of.
The atmosphere was spot-on with a great Mexican vibe, and the music? Absolute fire 🔥
Highly recommend this place, especially if you're gluten-free and love tacos! 🌮 🤤🤤🤤

I would absolutely recommend this to other people who are gluten free / celiac. As a celiac I have eaten here twice and they are very helpful when making food that is gluten free.
They have an allergy list on their menu which allows you to see all the dishes that are wheat free. Noting they do mention gluten as it is not a formal allergy in Japan. They do offer gluten free bread though! Additionally, they were able to provide meal substitutes - removing a certain sauce - to make it wheat / gluten free.
However, do not worry as I have eaten here twice - October 2024 and April 2025 - and as a symptomatic celiac I have had no reaction to it.
If you are vegetarian / vegan this may be quite hard to have a full meal here as most dishes involve meat of some sort.
I've been here for lunch several times. I really liked the sea urchin pasta here, which was also made into gluten-free noodles, but to be honest, it was bad this time. There were fewer sea urchins, and I felt that the amount was small. The female staff member also kept asking, "Would you like some water?" and interrupted the conversation. The dishes were cleaned up as soon as I finished eating, and it wasn't busy, so I stayed for about 40 minutes before heading home. Honestly, including the drinks, the lunch costs over 2,000 yen, and it's far from the station, so I don't think I'll go there again.

Whilst not a traditional ramen spot and definitely geared more towards tourists it’s really nice being able to eat some gluten free and vegan spicy ramen without worrying about an allergic reaction.
Really enjoyed a quick lunch here.
I made a reservation for afternoon tea.
The interior and atmosphere of the store was very cute.
However, the attitude of the staff was so inappropriate that I couldn't believe they were in the customer service industry, which is a shame.
I was given a seat in a semi-private room in the back, but even though there were 4 or 5 staff members, they were all stuck at the counter and didn't notice that I wanted to order. I was worried because there was no reaction even though he was clearly looking at me.
When he brought me the afternoon tea set, he forced me to put it on top of the cutlery and almost knocked it over.
Almost all gluten-free sweets made with rice flour and other ingredients are not tasty and hard. It's really just a look. I thought it was something like this because it was cheap.
Are you in a bad mood because the staff at the store don't smile all the time and keep busying you? ? That's what it felt like. I wonder if there will be a second time.
Very good Hot Pot in All you can eat formula. You can choose whether to eat beef, pork or both, the price changes slightly. The waiters speak English and are very helpful towards customers. We were served by Sota and Masaya who were very professional!
Suitable for celiacs, they are very careful about contamination, a great place!

My fiance and I came to Tudore Tranquility for a birthday dinner on the final night of vacation and were blown away. The tasting menu - our favorite course included gluten free bread, a mash of peas, edamame and eggplant, and a really tasty cracker! - was exquisitely prepared and plated.
Shouts also to our server Cliff, who was attentive and friendly.
This was one of the most interesting meals I/we have eaten, and certainly wonderful restaurant for a special occasion. Even if you are not vegan (I am not), you'll enjoy and appreciate the experience.
Irregular open times.
I love GyG. I love the food and the fact that it's gluten-free. But it's like a boyfriend that throws tantrums every now and then and suddenly closes without announcement.
What I HATE is the irregular schedule that GyG in Shibuya operates. On google is says closing is 21:30pm. I went there twice at 19:00, only to find out that it's closed and there was a sign at the door thay says "we're open until 20:00, last order is 19:30". I arrived there at 19:15. Already closed. This happened twice already and it's such a hassle travelling all the way to Shibuya only to find out that it's closed and Google says it should close at 21:30.
Go to GyG Harajuku. You can be sure they are open on the times they said they would be.

Accommodate celiac and gluten free safely.
Extremely pleasant dining experience.
They took my celiac disease extremely seriously and even went through the whole menu to tell me what they could make gluten free and what was off limits. I gave them my Japanese celiac card that also explains cross contamination.
I went with the salmon. Sadly it was only a somewhat small piece of salmon and nothing more, I guess you had to order the side dishes separately. It was delicious however! So I ordered another one! My (non celiac) partner had the roasted chicken and the egg in potato dish. They were big and more than enough.

This was a great find for my family. Very well organised with super quick service and great gyoza, fried chicken and ramen. Like most other Japanese restaurants there are no gluten free or allergy friendly options.

A little pricey but shake shack is my favorite burger in Tokyo. They are really good about handling allergies. I can’t eat gluten so I’m really happy I can get a nice lettuce wrap burger here. The Avocado burger they have now is to die for
bills Omotesando, perched on the 7th floor of Tokyu Plaza in Tokyo’s fashion district, is a sunny, Aussie-style café with a relaxed, hip vibe. Famous for fluffy ricotta pancakes and creamy scrambled eggs, the menu offers solid variety, including vegan and gluten-free options like avocado toast and salads. It’s kid-friendly, with a children’s menu, highchairs, and stroller storage, making it a great spot for families. The bright, spacious interior and terrace views add to the charm, though waits can hit 30-40 minutes.
