The kitchen team pays attention to the ingredients, along with a wellness experience and an explanation of each food and the reasons for a certain process. Try their desserts, which, in addition to being gluten-free and healthy, are an unforgettable explosion of flavor. I would go back without hesitation. Nice place for brunch. Food is good, between too healthy and healthy; plenty of options to choose from including gluten free ones. Prices are a bit high, but okay for San Miguel Allende. Services isn't great though. Staff is super friendly but they forgot some requests we made, didn't hear us when we called and so on. So be patient. The restaurant itself has a rustic style.

It's good but not so small for so much money. This little ceviche cost me $290. I went here and ordered takeout because of celiac but how sad that we with celiac have to eat in expensive places. ALSO, they told me it comes with toast but they only gave me tortilla chips... something stressful for celiacs because I asked about their toast, not their tortilla chips. HOWEVER, I appreciate everyone who helped me with celiac, they took all my questions with great patience. 5/5 star service, it's just that there was little food. Many thanks to the host and the kitchen <3
