This restaurant was recommended as it has an extensive gluten-free menu. The staff were very willing to help and overall, the restaurant had a very positive atmosphere.
Very close to the Music Hall, so excellently situated for a meal before a show. The food was delicious and the tiramisu in particular was fantastic.
A tip was automatically added to the bill, but staff made sure to point it out before payment and the service was certainly worth it.
Fantastic takeaway in Aberdeen. I am coeliac and also have a Dairy allergy so I was delighted to find this takeaway. Around 90 percent of the menu is GF. I felt I was getting a proper takeaway, there was no compromise on flavour or quality.
Can’t thank the owner enough who discussed with me that they use gf soya sauce, crumb and flour plus Dedicated gf fries.
This takeaway is amazing and I feel I,ve hit the jackpot finding it.
Thankyou
Christina

Highly recommend. We went there to try vegan, gluten free pizza and I must say WOW service was outstanding and food was so delicious. We are definitely going to be back there :)
We attended Borsalino for a belated Christmas family lunch. The food was superb and the staff were lovely and attentive. We've already decided we'll be coming back to try more things from the menu. Probably the best Italian I've had in the Aberdeen area. Also to note, I am a coeliac and the gluten free pizza base is the best I've had in the 7 years of being diagnosed. A proper GF homemade base, which tasted delicious and just like the real thing. No issues after the meal which means no cross contamination either - a coeliac's dream! Thank you so much Borsalino, your service is exquisite!
The food was extremely tasty, the vibes were spot on, the staff were very friendly, and there were lots of vegan and gluten free options! All in all, I would highly recommend the pigs wings for a zainy food experience.
What a wonderful restaurant...there were 4 of us...the restaurant was busy but service was excellent and very welcoming. Between us we has french onion soups and halibut as starters...absolutely delicious. The beef fillet was probably the best I've eaten..not inexpensive but a generous portion with tasty veg and a generous amount of wonderful dark rich sauce..other mains seabass..again delicious and lamb. One of our party was gluten free and there was no problem getting gf bread with the cheese board. wine prices reasonable and nice quality. Only sad we don't live closer otherwise it would certainly become a regular eaterie for us. Great thank you.
Ordered an afternoon tea for my Birthday. We received a variety of quiche, pork pies, scotch eggs and finger sandwiches , also did a gluten and dairy free option for my mum and not to mention the cakes for afters. The tea was gorgeous and we will definitely be using Bev again. Thank you both so much. Louise Gillespie
Theyve upped their game with the Gluten Free offering.
Having been to a couple of Wagamamas in the past and feeling the GF menu was very limited, I'm pleased to advise the gluten free menu now has plenty of choice, for all three courses. Plus they have 2 different GF beers to choose from. Service is excellent, they take cross contamination very seriously.
Also, the flavours are incredible.
Wagamamas is back on my list of places to frequent.
Made a booking for 1730 for 1.5 hours for food and drinks. The place is a ver nice atmosphere and great food. I had the salmon and prawn risotto, wife just ended up with an appetizer of nachos with cajun chicken, and my kid had a half portion of fish and chips as no actual kids menu, but will tailor a portion size for a child and charge a price for that portion which is very appreciated. My wife said the nachos were some of the best she has had, which is not what you'd expect to find in Scotland. They had lots of cheese and looked very good. The risotto was very good and was one of the several gluten free options on menu. The fish and chips for a half portion was still huge and looked very good. They also had a good drinks menu with some very nice scotches. Highly recommend if stop in Aberdeen or passing through and needing something to eat.
A lovely place with REALLY good coffee and cake.
Shakshuka we had tasted below average, should have ordered one of the toasts as they looked better.
The staff were lovely and there were plenty of tables.
Definitely has a family friendly vibe.
We enjoyed our visit however coffee and cake are its strength.
Staff were open to feedback (shakshuka eggs are supposed to be poached) and again really lovely which made a big impact.
Gluten free options available and would definitely recommend
Amazing Nepalese food. Many items were gluten-free, all items marked for different allergens. Every dish has flavours exploding deliciously in your mouth and there are many to choose from. Service was impeccable, attentive and pleasant manager in charge.
Great restaurant with a good knowledge of gluten free. They make authentic pakoras with gram flour, meaning they are gluten free. Perfect for those that are gluten intolerant or coeliac. Great starters, curries and poppadoms. Lovely touches and a great service and experience. They were really busy with takeaways so we did wait a little for our starters. Amazing selection of gins. Really pleased we decided to go there.
one of our favourite places to visit! Great vegan and gluten free options (love the change for the full vegan fry up), you can tell that food is fresh and made with love. We have never had any issuess with altering our orders or special requests. Staff is always very helpful, coffees always taste great and cake choices are top notch. Also great to see changes in the venue, new gantry is looking class. We are always excited to come back :)
Excellent service from Thomas when visited 19 January 2025. Thomas was very knowledgeable about gluten free drinks and food, which was very reassuring for our Coeliac guests.
The food was fine. Not much of a gluten-free selection. Service was very slow. We were sitting in in the bottom area and think we were forgotten about. Not quick to clear up.
Excellent gluten free fish and chips - cooked fresh in less than 10 mins, and really light and tasty.
Great service too, very friendly and professional. Would recommend!
Eating out when having an allergy is very stressful. This is the first time in a while I've been able to relax during a meal. The gluten free menu had plenty of options but the fact Simon our waiter took my cutlery away and brought me fresh sanitised with out me mentioning anything reassured me that they understood allergies and I could enjoy the meal with out fear. Best experience I've had eating out with a gluten allergy
Our server Kirsty was fab, multiple allergies and everything taken in to account. Fussy children, balloon swords and bears! Food was delicious, service was excellent. Great night out with family.
And the pecan pie was vegan and gluten free 😍
Tried on my friends recommendation. Didn't disappoint, will be my number 1 place to go. Garlic sauce delicious, actually can taste the garlic unlike other so called "garlic sauces". Please please consider making gluten free ones so my friend can taste a bit of heaven as well 🥰🥰🥰
Been coming here since it opened. Great for a quick but filling meal. Menu informs you of what's vegan, gluten and dairy free etc. Love the spicy sauces they have. Service always been quick and staff friendly. Ordered through deliveroo as well and always arrives on time and hot! Good choice of Mexican juices. Definitely one the best restaurant/takeaways and a must try if you live or are visiting Aberdeen!
So disappointing. I ordered scrambled eggs on toast and was assured that they had gluten free bread. I said that if they didn’t normal bread was fine. When it arrived it was served with one solitary gluten free pitta bread. I’d rather they had said that that was their gluten free option as I would have just asked for normal toast. Whatever they had done to the pitta meant it was so chewy I was unable to eat it.
