Our waitress Nikol was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic service and lovely food. Being Gluten free can be difficult to choose but she was very helpful and understanding!!!
Incredibly delicious food, impeccable hygiene standards, and simply wonderful customer service. As a gluten intolerant individual, I'm delighted that such a place exists.
We went to the lakeside restaurant. The people I was with had their order taken by the waitress. I had to wait for a manager to take my order, which took at least 10 minutes, because I have to have gluten free food due to having coeliac disease.
We ordered a gluten free starter to share, this came out with all the main meal’s.
The drinks took at least 15 minutes to come and weren’t what were ordered, we tried explaining to the waitress but she just look lost and confused.
One pasta meal was stone cold and had to be reheated.
The gluten free pizza was crispy one side and barely cooked the other.
No one asked if everything was ok with our meal, no one asked if we wanted more drinks or if we’d like dessert once we’d finished our meal.
We weren’t told about the mega Monday deal that was going on, in fact we’ve never heard of it.
Worst Prezzo ever!
We visited your lakeside branch yesterday and were served by Monique. Honestly she’s the most friendly, welcoming and funny host. She couldn’t do enough for us despite being run ragged by a table of women and feral children that were causing utter carnage and messing up her whole area. She was so apologetic even under immense pressure. She’s a credit to you, please make sure she see’s our appreciation and is commended.
As for the food I’m a coeliac, the pizza was amazing!! My family thoroughly enjoyed their food too so we’ll definitely be coming back!

Zim service was amazing! I find it hard eating out being gluten free but Zim was so helpful and for once I didn’t feel like a burden! Food was delicious
