The food was fine. The fresh pita was fantastic, but the chicken was overdone and dry even though it was advertised as thigh meat. Really liked the gluten free veggie basket option to go with the dips and the eggplant appetizer sampler was nice although the carrots, labne and beets that came as a part of it were meh. Tried one piece of each and left the rest. Would have been nicer to be able to just get a three eggplant sampler.
Enjoyed; large variety of food, great for families and caters to so many preferences including gluten free. Noisy, but bright and open. Thanks to our great server, Moe, friendly, helpful, efficient.
I had the crew recommended vegan meatball slam or whatever they call it with gluten free bread. The bread was horrible and the sandwich overall was not good. The meatballs were delicious but the serving size was really underwhelming and the sandwich overall was just straight up not good at all. I ended up eating the inside of the sandwich then going home and eating leftovers since the bread was so stale. Overall this place used to be really good, I don’t know what happened to it. I will never eat here again.
Their tandoori chicken pizza is spectacular!
I love that they have gluten free and vegan options too!
I order their GF pizza crust and it's really good.
Love this place!
I had Alan as a server at Hadilao, and he did a great job! The food was amazing as always, and he was very timely on checking up on us regularly throughout our meal. He even recommended a gluten free soy sauce since I’m gluten tolerant! 10/10

Literally one of my favorite places to celebrate. Everything is delicious. I brought a friend who is gluten and dairy free and there are still so many options and she was able to enjoy herself.
Ordered 5 items. Recommend gluten rice w/pork (竹筒糯米), lion heads(獅子頭), Shanghai style fried rice (上海菜飯) and Chongqing spicy chicken (重庆辣子雞). We think griddle beef (干鍋牛腩) is better served dine-in. In retrospect, we think the gluten rice is better consumed separately, otherwise, its taste overwhelms that of the Shanghai fry rice. On the lion heads dish, it is often immersed in soy sauce soup but XLB cooked it in a clear soup and the result is great.
We did not order xlb. Again, it is just personal preference to have xlb only @ dine-in since they are better served fresh off the steamer.

Unfortunately not all staff members are knowledgeable of their own menu and did not understand what is meant by gluten-free. I wanted the gluten free rice noodles with my noodle soup (like I have in the past), but this one stubborn staff member insisted that the item marked as “gluten-free OPTION available“ was already gluten free. Sadly, I had already ordered the item with rice noodles thinking he understood I would get gluten free noodles. Instead, I received the order as is (aka, not gluten-free/with wheat noodles). When I tried to explain to the staff member that I wanted the gf noodles (rice) instead, he mind-numbingly stated that the noodle soup was already gf because it was marked “gluten-free option available” which is NOT the same as being marked gluten free. Pictured are the wheat, knife-cut noodles I received instead of gf rice noodles. Even more sadly, my attempt to clarify to staff what gf conversation was going nowhere, and I begrudgingly gave up, paid, and left no tip.
Be wary if you have Celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity.
Kunal was the best server we have ever had. I’ve been coming here all my life and he was truly amazing. Friendly, accommodating, efficient, detailed and had a great personality. Our chef was Mario and he was also amazing! My mother in law has a gluten allergy and he prepared all her food first to avoid cross contamination. All his food was flavorful and cooked to perfection. I’ll be requesting Mario everyone! Overall great dining experience

Good ramen place. Nice modern setting with electronic wait list and payment system. Service is good, food came out promptly. The bowl is smaller than expected for the price (I ordered the deluxe) but it was big enough so I suppose not need to gluten about it. Free tea- genmai cha I think.
We had dinner here. Ordered the shanghai dumplings, potstickers, gluten with stuff meat, and seafood with chinese fried sticks. All the dishes were very tasty. I will definitely be back!

Ordered :
Pad kee mow : 4/5
Thai fried rice : 5/5
Spicy fried rice : 6/5
Will order again : 5/5 , absolutely. This is currently our favorite thai restaurant.
This place is simply amazing for its fried rice, they are the best fried rice we have ever had, and even when we order them gluten-free and vegan, they are miles better than any other place.
Hands down our favorite thai place to eat. Downside is that their fried rice are so amazing, we have never had other dishes at this place.
The only caveat is that this is small place with limited staff, so if it gets crowded especially with takeout orders, the wait can be pretty long. We had come here on mother's day and it took around 50 minutes for our food to arrive, so best to come here on off hours.
Also, the portion is kind of small. Most other places we have leftovers, but the portion size here is about 30% less that the other thai places we have visited.
Japanese "fusion" without the cheesiness of the usual fusion. This is closer to modern Japanese cuisine, which borrows from other cultures but makes those concepts into something wholly its own. Standout dishes are the Tori Soboro Meshi, Aigamo Steak and Mentai Kinoko pizza; although everything on the menu is very good. The kitchen can substitute gluten-free tamari if given advance notice.
Fine dining, great for a romantic night out.
They offer halal wagyu which is nice because not many restaurants offer halal wagyu here in the states (just ask which ones are halal).
The wagyu was smooth and delicious, like
butter.
If you have dietary restrictions, let them know beforehand, as they do sometimes add non halal wagyu fat to their butter and many of the appetizers are made with animal fat/ alcohol.
They were able to accommodate for our dietary restrictions and for celiac.
Been here to this location for lunch and dinner, and the SF and Palo Alto ones as well. Make reservations for a special occasion to make sure you get a table and for special occasions, they will give you a handwritten card with a dessert at the end.

Truly surprised and delighted by the cocktails and food. Was not expecting such a high caliber of food given the location and more casual atmosphere, and honestly I was freaking out with how perfect everything tasted. The chef was able to accommodate my gluten, dairy, and egg allergies, which is no easy feat. Kudos to Bar Bonmot!!
I love the Vitality Bowl with gluten free granola. My LO is a fan of the peanut butter and banana panini.
(They've also got gluten free bread.)
Everything is prepared fresh, so if you're in a rush call ahead to order. Everything will be ready for you!
Cozy Japanese restaurant with excellent food! Their sushi was very Japanese style with the sushi rice completely hidden by the fish (unlike most Americanized sushi that has a huge wad of sushi rice under the fish). The Sashimi Salad was also excellent. Also enjoyed Edamame and Moro Q (cucumber with plum paste and mayoness). The decor is simple and modern. Screens segment the room to make it cozier and more intimate. You order on a tablet but sometimes the tablet gets locked and a server has to unlock it again for you. They usually have 3 daily specials. The have regular, low sodium, and gluten free soy sauce on every table. Their in restaurant menu is more extensive than the menu they publish on their website -- quite a few good looking vegetarian options. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant. Reasonable prices.
