The rumors are true. If you care about somebody with celiac disease, but also care about good quality wood-fired pizza, this place is your refuge. Both Gluten free crusts and regular crusts are fantastic! I only wish it was closer to us... But it's well worth traveling to. The service has also been exceptional - very friendly and helpful staff who clearly take pride in the quality of this restaurant. (The salads are also great-and huge!) Thank you for existing! 馃檹

As someone who doesn't eat seafood and am gluten free I was impressed with the Southwestern Chicken salad. Delicious (has a bit of a spicy kick to it but not bad) and it says it's a large salad insinuating it could be for two people which I could see it "looks" large when it comes out but I am usually not someone that can finish a lot of food and somehow I've finished the large southwest chicken salad twice by myself
