Pizza 900 Wood fired Pizzeria

The rumors are true. If you care about somebody with celiac disease, but also care about good quality wood-fired pizza, this place is your refuge. Both Gluten free crusts and regular crusts are fantastic! I only wish it was closer to us... But it's well worth traveling to. The service has also been exceptional - very friendly and helpful staff who clearly take pride in the quality of this restaurant. (The salads are also great-and huge!) Thank you for existing! 🙏

I can't speak highly enough of this amazing pizza place!! Being gluten-free, it can be extremely hard to find a good pizza. Let alone one that doesn't have the consistently of cardboard. But let me tell you, this place is probably better than any you've ever been to before. The dough is soft and pillowy, the ingredients are fresh, never frozen with some sent direct from Italy. The staff are knowledgeable and understanding to gluten allergies. And the pizza is literally worth almost anything to eat.
