A charming, authentically French crêperie tucked in downtown Braselton. Who would’ve guessed? This place is run by a couple from Northern France who greeted every customer like they were friends. We had two celiacs in our party and they had amazing gluten free options - all galettes were naturally gluten free and most of the crêpes could be made with the galette upon request. I highly recommend trying the Jardiniere with the creamed leeks which was perfectly seasoned and incredibly tasty! They also had great French press coffee so I’m already looking forward to our next visit.
We absolutely love Local Station. We haven’t seen Taylor lately but Reina has been taking excellent care of us.
The salmon catch of the day is always delish.
I love the seasonal drink menu!
Always something festive to try.
They make sure the chef knows about my gluten free request so I appreciate being able to eat safely. Thanks all!
Food is fantastic! Service is top notch! No dedicated gluten free fryers, but a knowledge staff that makes sure even celiac afflicted customers can have an enjoyable experience.
I was attempting to order a gluten-free kids meal for my two youngest children who have a gluten allergy and was treated very rudely by two of the employees. I was trying to understand what the issue was so I could order they way I needed to according to store policy, but the lady at the grill had no patience and was very iritated that I asked for gluten free buns for a kids meal. I'm not sure why she was acting the way she was, but me and my kids became very uncomfortable and said that we would go elsewhere to eat.
There was a sweet red-headed young lady who was obviously distressed at how the lady who was on the grill was behaving regarding the gluten-free buns and was being so kind and apologizing for the other lady. It was our first time in a Jersey Mike's restaurant, and it was an incredibly uncomfortable and somewhat hostile experience. We won't be back and as far as being accommodating for allergies, I would say they scored a big goose egg in my book. Such a pity as I've heard their sandwiches are good, but being treated so poorly made me lose my appetite.
Rebar is one of our favorite places to eat in Braselton when we want something light and fresh or we just want a quick snack & a drink. My husband loves the club sandwich, says it's one of the best he's had. I am gluten-free so I enjoy trying the salads and quinoa bowls.
Angie, the manager is there almost every time we go and we love seeing her. She's fun and upbeat and loves interacting with her customers.
The burgers were great! I also enjoyed the onion rings. The staff was friendly. I will definitely eat here again. They offer substitute options like turkey burgers and gluten free buns but no veggie burgers. The brunch looked appetizing on the advertisement. We plan to go back and try it.
