Great experience here. They have a massive gluten-free menu which is great. They even have gluten free bread they can bring you at the beginning of the meal. Their gluten free pasta is also incredible. The server was friendly and fast as well.

The food and drinks at this place are really good. They have a large gluten free menu and the staff is knowledgeable about it. They even have a separate fryer for gluten free meals! The wings are gluten free and taste great.

Usually this place is great with gluten free safety practices, but today the cashier called out “gluten allergy”, and the girl who was actively arranging all of the sandwich bread proceeded to use the same prep space and gloves to cut our meat. I politely let another staff member know that wasn’t safe for my family, and the girl gave me a nasty glare. I definitely do not feel safe about ordering food from here in the future unless I’m watching them prep it. I could have gotten very sick today, and being glared at angrily for asking for a clean cutting board and knife is really not ok.

Easy five stars. Every staff member was kind and smiling - the cashier, the host, the manager, and our server Tony. Tony was friendly and accommodating. The team was very attentive to our party's gluten allergy. The environment was pretty and clean. It lacked the insane crowds and wait times of some other Rainforest Cafe locations, but was still lively. Overall, just right! I wish all locations were as pleasant as this one. Unfortunately, I'm just passing through, because otherwise I would definitely be returning often!
