This place is Heaven in disguise! Not one bad thing here. I was very hesitant to try it because I am not vegetarian or vegan, but have celiac disease. The food and baked goods are amazing . If I lived closer, I’d be in there quite often. A must if you’re in the area. I drive 2.5 hours to eat here.
Ordered the small gluten-free holy shiitake pizza. It was absolutely delicious. The truffle aïoli is absolutely over the top. Also ordered a large thin crust, funky BBQ chicken, and it was also equally amazing in its own
southern barbecue way.
Love this quick casual lunch spot. There are many items already packaged and ready to go quickly. Many gluten free options as well. Every flavor I ha e tried has been delicious. They have a gluten free dessert now. Only drawback is the hours.

Service was extremely slow, the ac was on and made it extremely cold (others were complaining about the service and food too) server kept telling me to order gluten-free "online"? It was our first time (and will be last time) we eat there and she never once told me I use the tablet on table to do this, I don't dramatize on gluten-free I usually go with something safe, I'm not that type of person) so not sure of the order method with it being our first time i went with something safe. (food was ok for me but my salmon was very dry as for my husband's chicken tenders they qere dry and overly peppered so for him he didn't get the "oh wow" tasty at all) overall, for us, it just wasn't an overall good experience for us both 😔 but for someone else it could be GREAT
First things First- Kia is an amazing ASSET to the dining experience and the company. She was extremely attentive and helpful. She didn’t even mention until we were about to exit she’d actually been on shift as long as she had and with her charisma and dedication to service prior to knowing, she was so fresh and on top of everything there’s NOWAY we’d have ever known. I plan to try to visit during times she’s working, when I choose Applebees. I must be honest I’ve been avoiding them for the last several years and honestly whipped in as a “they’re open later than other places and have some 5.00 drink specials; I’ll just go there” so we did and I’m glad we did! The ladies night was wrapped up with our dinner here. There were three of us ages from 70 to 24- we ALL enjoyed the experience, the food was good (again), with a gluten sensitivity it was nice to see that detail clearly marked in the menu, the atmosphere was clean, and again the service outstanding. I didn’t catch the bartender’s name, but also extremely impressed with the service and quality of drinks provided. Overall, tonight really reframed my opinion regarding Applebees restaurant all over again, restored my previous enjoyment of the long resisted visits. The food was all prepared very well and with the specials, was a very reasonable expense. I’m telling you- at least this Applebees has stepped back up to the plate in every aspect and the face we experienced through our server Kia won back my business! Pleasantly surprised and well worth the visit, especially if I can encounter Kia for service again. Management picked a winner with her!!!! We had chips with queso, the endless shrimp, boneless wings, or riblets, and the chicken, shrimp, and garlic/onion mashed potatoes. All items were as expected and delicious. The only thing we’d have to say we didn’t recommend would be the Breaking Rock Rita… I am not sure what that flavor was, but it just seemed very bitter. It was not like ANY other we’d ever tried, so if you would typically like a margarita this one is very “bitter” and if you don’t like them normally, but do like a pungent drink and would typically avoid a margarita- this might actually be one you’d enjoy. We can’t suggest it, personally. We were very well taken care of by staff with that hiccup, sooo I can’t complain. It’s just the only downside we had in this visit so wanted to mention it. If you get in during the drink special with the tipsy Cupid, it was delightful!
Fantastic sushi: large portions, fresh and delicious. The restaurant was busy but our party of 4 could still talk and hear each other over dinner. Also gluten-free friendly.
Cynthia's is WONDERFUL! It's tucked away in the Market House area of Paducah with brick streets, wrought iron touches, charming awnings.
Parking is largely parallel, unless you want to walk a couple of blocks. The restaurant itself is historic, multi-level, and beautiful. The service is among the best anywhere.
Cynthia's has one of the most inventive menus you'll encounter, and 90% of the time the food is outstanding. On occasion, however, creativity can overshadow flavor.
Amazing wine list, and best desserts in town, including a delicious gluten-free chocolate torte.
Pricey, as it should be. This is Paducah's best in fine dining.
Excellent tasting pizza with the perfect amount of toppings. Great selection and options for gluten allergies and food restrictions. $36 for three adults, two teen boys, and a child and we were all full. Love the welcoming and family atmosphere. Excellent service too. Will definitely be back.
Absolutely delicious! The flavors were on point! We tried many different dishes and all of them the flavors were so good even my kid ate the veggies! We will be going back here again:) Small space inside the restaurant has a few tables but completely worth it. It is new so the more business they get, they could expand ;) The waitress kept our drinks full and tended to all the tables kindly and efficiently. I overhead another table ordering vegan and she had complete knowledge of the menu and how the items were cooked. You can also order gluten free and they seemed to have knowledge of keeping orders separate too.
The service was wonderful. My sister, who is celiac, was very grateful to see that they had a build your own burger. And they had the lettuce wrap, giving her another option of gluten-free. She would have loved other sides besides fries was not available besides slaw and salad. But she was thrilled with a burger. Server was very sweet, and the cost was reasonable.
Very nice waitresses kept us updated on things. It was a very pleasant visit. Glad they have some gluten free higher protein options for the pancakes. I hope they could do the same with toast, biscuits, waffles, crepes and other similar items. There are several different gluten free flours now to try.
Good food, a bit bland because of gluten free restrictions but reasonably priced and a wonder atmosphere. Our server, Beth, handled our large, rowdy group well. A very pleasant experience for family get togethers.
My wife eats gluten free. And she said their GF pizza with grilled chicken, pineapple, and jalapeño was the best she's had out. I ordered normal crust with sausage pepperoni, and meatballs and it was yummy too. I really like their sauce.
The steak sandwhich is good with blue cheese crumbles. Fries could use some seasoning. I'm Gen X. I'm not allergic to gluten. I fight in real life not on the net. I'm older than Google. Listen to me
