I couldn't recommend the Beardslee Castle enough.
My wife and I recently had our wedding and rehearsal dinner at Beardslee Castle. Our wedding was completely vegan, and we had a few guests who required gluten-free accommodations due to allergies. The food was phenomenal and the service made the wedding and the planning a lot easier and Lyn was able to provide help with anything we needed or were looking to do. The site grounds are beautiful, inside and out, and went beyond our expectations.
