This is our go- to sit down restaurant in the area. We love the staff, some have been there for many years which tells you they enjoy their jobs and are treated well- they definitely make you feel like part of the family. I find the food to be very consistent, so if you try a dish you like one time you can expect it to taste the same every time you order. I love the mamas Mac and cheese (definitely on the cheeeesy side, how I like it!), and the Cajun chicken pasta, fantastic gluten free noodles. Hubby loves the steak Marsala and chicken parm. Kid fave is lasagna. Loved the osso bucco when I treated myself to it. Oh- the picante wings are the BEST chicken wings ever and Brussels sprouts so good I actually get a craving for them!!
Went here for the first time yesterday. There are SO MANY dishes I want to try and will definitely be back. Good size portions, very friendly service. Only complaint is that both level 2 and 4 spice levels seemed to have zero heat at all- not sure if they forgot or we should have requested higher. We'll just clarify next time. So thankful for the gluten free friendly menu!!
My wife and I decided to go out for a nice dinner out at Lewis and Main during our honeymoon and we were really glad we did. My wife is gluten and dairy free. There wasn't anything explicitly stating that menu items were gluten or dairy free but the staff were very accommodating to her allergens, and there were some really good options that were gf and df. We got the potatoe fingerlings with garlic aoli, the house cabbage slaw, the New York strip steak with fried artichoke and chimichuri, and the halibut (actually salmon because we came in October) with a lemon cream sauce, fried peppers, and pickled onions. It was all AMAZING. My wife and I could not get over how good everything was. Cooked to perfection and deliciously seasoned. This place is a real gem. Blake was our server. He was super helpful and courteous. Their staff create a really enjoyable experience. We are from Corvallis, Oregon, so it will probably be a while before we can come back, but we are already looking forward to it.
I have been going to Benjarong for the last 10+ years. I just love their food and their staff is so kind and friendly! Their food is simply amazing and flavorful, and its my top thai food restaurant go to. They have a great menu with lots of choices for everyone. They can do gluten free and can do some substitute for those with allergies.
Its super easy to get to and they have easy access for non able bodies as well!
I love that the menu labels Gluten Free dishes. I didn't have to ask what their sauces had in them.
I had lamb curry my daughter had chicken masala. Very tasty. Fluffy rice.
We will return for sure.
Vegan was labeled in the menu too.
I found out about Monroe Fish and Chips form the amazing content on their instagram page. By far the funniest restaurant social media and one that the big companies like McDonald’s and raising canes could learn a thing or two from. If I had to place bets, Monroe fish and chips will soon be international, but for now I have to make my weekly 1200 mile pilgrimage for the divinely inspired sustenance that is the spicy fish taco. They even have gluten free options, what more could you ask for?!
My new favorite spot! I’m gluten free and vegan, so asian food is almost impossible. But this place has GF rice noodles and veggies and tofu. And all the sauces are clearly marked if they’re GF or not. Amazing!! 🤩🤩 Very nice staff too. It’s all self serve, so perfect for picky eaters (kids) too.
Great food and have gluten free options!! wish they were always open but I understand needing days off.
I wanted to give an extra special shout-out to their worker Max. He had such wonderful customer service and gives amazing experiences to brighten customers day and make sure they feel happy and welcomed to come in!
This place should be your go-to place for sushi! I've been to tons of sushi places, and for some reason all the good places are in Canada. Most of the American ones are... Just flavorless. But Sushi Spott surpasses all the american sushi restaraunts. It could be better though. The decor is japanese curtains in corners, and that is not what I was Expecting. But that was the only negative thing. The food, like I said, was amazing, and the staff are very friendly. It is a little expensive, but so worth it. Instead of regular water, you get lemon water, which is the best! I have allergies, and our waiter offered to call the owner about what was dairy and gluten, and what was not. And unlike Canadian sushi, which is good but a long wait, and unlike most American restaraunts, which are fast but not good food, it is both fast and yummy! Don't miss this (sushi) Spott, both locals, and tourists!
This restaurant is fabulous! They serve American and Mexican food and I was in the mood for a burger but not fries or a salad. I was able to get refried beans with my burger 🍔 😋. They also had a gluten free flowerless chocolate cake that was absolutely divine. It was not just a dessert, it was a chocolate experience. Wonderful ❤️
The pizza was pretty bad. Doesn’t taste like anything else but cheese. So so much cheese. They put cheese on top which makes the toppings taste like they were boiled, but then the cheese burns. Mushy and tasteless. I ordered gluten free crust, they use the same crust as many other places but somehow they manage to make it awful. My husband also hated his pizza and said he is never ordering here again. He said the previous time he picked up pizza here it was good.
The best! Been coming here for many years. The staff are so friendly and the food is THE BEST!. I'm a vegetarian now but I still come here often and order 50+ tacos to feed my family. Tripa is the best ever! Crispy and full of flavor. Lots of parking and a few benches for eating you can't go wrong coming here. The chicken is a little dry but we have tried most everything else and love everything!
My gluten free 4 yr old can safely eat here as well which is a huge plus. Everything is cooked on one grill though so vegetarian isn't an option.
The gluten free hamburgers are delicious food was still warm when brought out to my car waitress was very friendly and polite I do gluten free due to food allergies and she politely said my order back to me when I called verify gluten free bun. Thank you for the politeness and the smiles under the masks.
