Gorgeous food and great gluten free menu. Restaurant was incredibly hot and loud which did ruin the atmosphere a bit!
Staff were so helpful and friendly, so overall it was a nice experience
While in Candem we found this curious place. They control the whole gluten issue. We ordered a crepe with jam and banana that was super delicious. They make them with buckwheat. It is a cozy place.
We sat beside the water, and looked over at the boats whilst we ate. We had vegetarian food, steaks and gluten free food and all of it was full of flavour and fresh.
We would definitely come back, the staff were friendly and attentive.
Delicious food, with attentive and respectful service.
An absolute pleasure to eat here. And they are excellent for gluten free which is extremely appreciated.
Perfect for a meal with family. Well located, reasonable prices, and staff are very welcoming and highly attentive when it comes to catering for food allergies - they have a gluten free menu and an allergen matrix.
A busy restaurant, do book in advance. Nice decor with a stylish vibe. Efficient staff they really know what they’re doing, on the ball with customer service. It’s really helpful that they have a gluten free menu and to know that Cote are fully accredited by Coeliac UK. Takes the stress out of ordering! Staff are superb. Nothing was too much trouble. We were well looked after. Food is delicious and great value for money.
We are a French family with 3 children (11, 6 and 1 years old) we were very well received in this restaurant.
The + that we liked:
- Eve the waitress was adorable and also spoke to us a little in French
- gluten-free meals offered including a delicious chocolate cake (Antoinette cake), light, not too sweet, a real delight
- possibility of really heating our baby's potty (because for a few days it has only been in a bowl of hot water and it takes a long time and ultimately not very hot)
We highly recommend
It didn't feel like just any lunch, treated like a special guest, incredible food for amazing value (even Gluten Free, which is no small feat!) - dedicated menu, and special care to ensure a stress free meal

Brasserie Blanc exceeded our expectations. My friend and I have both been a few times but not for ages and largely we book because it’s such a convenient location on Southbank. But tonight the food was delicious! And that was only the pre theatre menu. So good we had 3 courses and ate the most we have done for ages. Please note - they were EXTREMELY accommodating with regard to my gluten and lactose intolerance and my companions’ mushroom allergy. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I was surprised to learn all the ice creams and sorbets were lactose free - so we tried almost all of the flavours. They have an extensive range of gorgeous non alcoholic drinks (I don’t drink) and gorgeous alcoholic cocktails (my friend does), that we also consumed. Glad to see BB is moving with the times as sometimes I can barely find anything interesting to drink with my meal other than water. Our waitress Élysée was a delight. (I hope I have spelt her name right). Truly brilliant customer service from her and other members of staff checked in attentively as well. Setting the bar high BB, well done.
Seperate GF menu available with great value food. Gluten free food was easily identified by a flag also, so no errors were made. Would definitely come back.
I would like to start by emphasizing that the food and the atmosphere were lovely on our visit with excellent provision for gluten free options. However, for the second time in a row the following situation happened :
1) I make a reservation through an offer link sent to me by Cote with complimentary cremant
2) Upon arrival the staff confirm this offer
3) We order the complimentary cremant and reconfirm the offer code
4) When the the bill arrives it contains the full cost of the cremant
5) I then have to quibble and explain again and get the bill corrected
6) Various excuses are offered such as "You didn't let us know" (which I did) or "it is very busy" (which it wasn't)
At the end of a lovely meal it is disappointing to have to tackle this matter (again !!)
I would like to know if Cote Richmond are hoping that I won't notice and pay for the drinks or is it a system issue or is it staff training ?
In any event it is a little unpleasant and it does not happen at other branches of Cote
I hope you will get back to me on this and that this can be ironed out.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant, and let me tell you, it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my dining experience was top-notch.
Now let's talk about the food – oh my goodness, where do I even begin? Their chicken dishes are absolutely divine. Each bite was bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection, and incredibly tender. Whether it was their grilled chicken breast, crispy chicken tenders, or succulent chicken thighs, every option was a winner. As I am gluten free, the manager Dini was very attentive and was very careful about my allgeriers and intolernaces.
And let's not forget about their kale salad. I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but one bite and I was hooked. The kale was fresh and crisp, tossed with the perfect amount of dressing and topped with an array of delicious ingredients like crunchy almonds, creamy avocado, and tangy feta cheese.
Overall, this restaurant has become my go-to spot for delicious chicken dishes and kale salads. Whether you're a meat lover or a veggie enthusiast, there's something for everyone here. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
A very cool place and excellent service from start to finish. Without a doubt a place to go if you like good food and want to live an experience that makes you want to repeat. Delicious food. I had the mushroom, truffle and goat cheese risotto. Afterwards, an incredible and gluten-free blueberry soufflé! They serve it with vanilla creme anglaise. I have celiac disease and when we arrived the first thing they asked us was if we had any allergies or intolerances and that made me feel much calmer. They have many dishes that are naturally gluten-free that are delicious but the truth is that it was a pleasant surprise to find this gluten-free soufflé. The first soufflé of my life and an absolute delight.
I will definitely return when I pass through London.
Thanks again to the service, they were very friendly, fun and welcoming.
Thank you so much!

Absolutely delicious! Just had the BEST lunch for a family birthday. I'm Dairy & Gluten Free and was able to have the 7 course Gourmand menu, with obvious modifications, but NO fuss. It was wonderful to feel 'normal' and not to have to work my way through an allergens list. The GF bread was the best I've ever tasted! Thank you to Giles and everyone at Galvin la Chappelle who looked after us beautifully and made us feel so welcome and special. The venue is gorgeous and although this was our first visit, it won't be our last. Thank you. Philippa, Ian & Louisa X
Our children had gifted us a voucher for La Trompette so we opted for the fixed price lunch at £57. With no alcohol but lots of soft drinks and cost plus options, including the 12.5% service charge, we paid under £190 for 2.
A relaxed service (we weren't in a hurry), gluten free options (including bread) and despite being almost full, you could talk without shouting (yes, looking at you River Cafe). The food was delicious - my rhubarb dessert was outstanding, beautifully cooked to a silken smooth texture.
Each dish was presented exquisitely, no fancy smancy ingredients just excellent primary products incredibly cooked. Well done La Trompette, all in all one of the best meals I've eaten in a long time.
The whole team was welcoming and attentive, Oana who assisted us during our lunch was very kind and friendly. The manager as well, touched based when we were leaving asking if I was feeling good since I mentioned a gluten allergy. I sincerely much appreciated it.
The food was tasty, good presentation and balanced portion. Wine list very nice with different choices to match with the dishes. Maybe I would review the cocktails list and improve the making process but overall lovely experience. We will come back for sure and we recommend it to everyone.
Booked lunch for three Monday 17 February 2025. Took advantage of the special offer 50%off two courses. Excellent value. Service was prompt and attentive. One diner was a coeliac and the waitress was knowledgeable about the gluten free dishes. Comfortable surroundings.
Absolutely brilliant! I’m gluten and dairy intolerant and they were so helpful, I had my own bread, butter, vegetable portion (without butter) etc., they cooked my food with oil instead and asked me about everything. They were also really discrete, I hate having to shout across the table about it. Couldn’t recommend more highly, thoroughly enjoyable and delicious experience.
Early dinner for 4 adults. 2 glasses of wine. 4 x starters. 2 x grilled cod, 1 x hake, 1 x moules and prawns. Busy and as ever very good service. Great atmosphere, everyone loves eating here. Approx £55 per head so decent value for mid range and central soho. Look out for the Specials board. 2 of us are Coeliac and they catered for us easily. I am a regular here and have been for 20 years, and will definitely return.
Great food (with a great portion of the menu gluten free which is a winner for me) and the service is always lovely! Dog friendly, and with heated external seating too which even on the coldest nights is still cozy. If you haven't been yet, why not!
Gorgeous late lunch in the bustling Covent Garden. Friendly , attentive staff. Good gluten free options. Bad not to have toilets and that the nearby public toilets charge £1.50 per person!
Wonderful cafe right on beside the Docks. Great service, great place to cowork from. Service by Sanjana was amazing, she is kind and polite. Had gluten free options. I will come back.
Had a meal with friends last night. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant is beautiful. Last but not least, the food was really delicious and had great gluten and dairy free options and the waiter was very helpful with this and extremely funny. Last time we had cocktails and they were gorgeous too.
I was very lucky to be taken on a first date here. The restaurant was empty but the food was amazing.
Had a phenomenal tasting menu and by the end, my date and I were on the floor, we could not eat anymore, we were extremely well fed. They really catered to my date’s gluten free diet as well so he was not missing out on anything.
The only annoying thing for me was the person serving us wouldn’t leave us alone to talk on our date, she proceeded to tell my date her entire life story which I found rather odd. They need to leave people alone to have their conversations and not tell them their entire life story, highly inappropriate especially as I was on a first date.
However the food was incredible and they really catered to my date’s gluten free requirements so we were both very happy.
It's hard to find somewhere that caters for someone who is vegetarian and has Coeliac Disease but this place was fab. Staff were so helpful and took extra care with my daughters gluten free meal. Will definitely go again. The pics are of my food - not my daughters 😊
Went for Emily in Paris afternoon tea. Waited around 10minutes to get the menu, then 15minutes later savoury sandwiches served. Tea was served after we finished our sandwiches. Amazing that they managed to cater gluten free sandwiches and sweet treats. And very surprisingly great scones that are already gluten free the best scones I ever had! Gluten free coconut cake was also amazing. Would definitely consider going back for the amazing gluten free sweet treats!
