The atmosphere was awesome, the food and coffee were delicious and I will definitely be coming back! I’m very sensitive to gluten and didn’t have any reaction to their gluten free crepes with sausage and egg. It was also very tasty and filling!
I have Celiac Disease and first time checking out this bakery while 🛍 in Downtown Franklin...Got several gluten-free options and to my surprise, what YUMMY desserts! I personally got to ENJOY each of them with NO issues later, which is a HUGE win! Their Peanut Butter Chocolate Bomb was such a delight that it was the 💣 as left me wanting more! 😋
I will definitely be back and highly recommend to check out this gem! 👌
Had an issue today concerning the downtown location via door dash after eating here MANY times. The management at the West location and owner did a fantastic job problem solving and making us feel valid to want to come back again.
Highly recommend for gluten free people's(I have celiac), and to support a locally owned and ran business.
Thank you all.
Adelle’s did not disappoint! We went for Sunday breakfast and was delighted to see live music and a welcoming casual atmosphere. Service was quick, and the manager (I wish I had asked her name) was very sweet and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the hash browns. The bacon was crispy, and they even have gluten free crepe’s available! 10/10 we would absolutely eat here again when in the area.
Well this is certainly a place that lives up to expectations. A truly inviting, unique, and warm experience. First, Geraldine and chef Phillipe cater to your dietary needs. Gluten free, keto, vegetarian, they can make the entire 7 courses work! Chef Phillipe comes to your table to take your order and explains each plate-- you never see that anywhere else! This is a full dining experience so do not come here in a rush; it will probably take a minimum of 2 hours to get through the seven courses. Dress up, be fancy, bring a bottle of wine, and enjoy yourself.
Price is absolutely reasonable and you will completely get your money's worth. We were stuffed at the end but still had room for desert! Also, It's cash or check ONLY so don't forget!
Incredible! Reminded so much of dining in NYC. Everything was delicious but we especially enjoyed the pumpkin bisque, steak and toasted almond coconut ice cream. Very accommodating to gluten free needs. The fryer is shared, but I was able to have multiple options for each course and all but one option of the main! We love the changing menu and can’t wait to come back and see what else the chef comes up with!
This little place is a gem. I was going to have the gluten free fried chicken, Wednesday special but we got there at 8pm and they were sold out. Our waiter suggested another dish, pork tenderloin. It was amazing! The combination of flavors was a delight because it was stuffed and wrapped in bacon, sitting on a bed of polenta with avocado etc. Truly wonderful for my taste buds.
My husband had a burger and he said it was okay. So it’s better to order something that the chef can create with. Their menu doesn’t describe enough what goes into the dishes so ask.
Also we shared (the pic shows half) the watermelon salad. Again a very creative combination of flavors that was delightful. I feel like they picked the best part of the watermelon to make it, (the center) in order for it to be perfect. The food was well worth the price as I don’t mind spending money on food that is excellent.
The one down side is the incredible noise as the room was full of loud joyous people. I think they were so full of joy because of the food. I will definitely tolerate this noise to get this food! And last but not least, the service was excellent.
Well, we waited 1.5 hours to get our food. When it finally came after calling the manager over, after asking our server 30 minutes prior, the food was adequate. They did discount our bill but no, i would not recommend.
I wish to add a response to the owner: We waited 1.5 hours, when the manager (not sure if it was you) finally came over to our table, they said the order went in 25 minutes ago (that was after waiting an hour and finally calling the manager to the table). So obviously someone forgot to put the ticket into the kitchen in a timely manner. I stand by our 1.5 hour wait time from the time we sat down to the time they brought our entrees out. I failed to mention that my wife's order which was a gluten and dairy allergy accommodation came out fried instead of grilled and a dairy sauce which she specifically said to keep off the order....we had to send it back. When you make a mistake, own up to it and don't try to discredit the customer please when they write an honest review.
My dining companion and I had a lovely dinner at Paulette's before going to the Orpheum. The service was really top notch and our view from our table looking out at the river at sunset was lovely. For food – the shrimp and pasta dish. (She asked for extra shrimp - no fish) then I had the pork tenderloin. In order to make sure I did not get gluten, I did not have any sauce with my pork tenderloin. I'm sure it would've been top-notch that I've been able to eat it. Well, it was quite good and the tenderloin tasty, it was disappointing, not to be able to have any sauce. It was also disappointing that they had no dessert that a celiac could have., but my dining companion got my old favorite(back when I was eating wheat flour) the strawberry crêpe, and I think she fell in love. All in all, highly recommended. I want to go back for brunch soon.
