Had fabulous Gluten Free Cod and Chips from here. The fish was really fresh, cooked to perfection and piping hot. They have a dedicated fryer for the GF Cod and separate utensils for serving. Gluten Free vinegar was available and the meal was served with a wedge of lemon and a pot of tartar sauce. The staff are knowledgeable about Gluten Free and the boxes had stickers on them aswell 😋

Stumbled upon Sim's via Google Maps while heading to Pembroke what a gem! As a gluten-free diner, finding a place this good is rare. Even better, their fantastic batter is egg-free, perfect for my wife's allergy. We were thrilled! The two cod were perfectly cooked, and their one large chips were outrageously good enough for three, plus leftovers for another meal! Seriously impressive. Absolutely fantastic experience at Bill's in Cardiff Bay.
We turned up without a reservation and despite the place being quite busy, we were seated promptly and drinks orders taken quickly.
I'm Coeliac which means boring gluten free dining, but in Bill's there is a whole gf menu so I didn't feel left out. I had the Fish Pie and Banoffee Sundae, both of which were different from usual gf options.
They also did a gf IPA which I wasn't very keen on but nice to have the option.
We were served by Gabriel. He's an absolute treasure.
If you're gf, you should deffo give the place a try!

Four adults visited the Rok for the first time, (which is a separate resteraunt but part of The Lighthouse building) . We had the Sunday lunch menu and were impressed with the food, service and amazing sea view. My wife requires a gluten free diet and she had a number of options to choose.
