3.5 is 14/20. This is the rating I would give to this burger, and especially to these fries. We are on fast food, burger, salad, pasta, organic and local! The burger is good, although too salty. Big plus on gluten-free bread, thank you very much for that! It lacks gluten-free and we are happy to be able to eat a good burger. Fries are floury and not crispy... But what brings the bill down is the price, we are in a fast food restaurant, I spent less than an hour in the restaurant, which means that there is a good return, it's good but not extraordinary and it's 17€50 with the gluten-free tax. It's very expensive, it's the price of a dish in a warm and comfortable bistro (and always organic and local) but served quickly in a gray and cold place. It's expensive.

While passing through the Loire, we discovered the little gem that is the restaurant La Signorizza (Contres Cheverny), with pleasant decor and background music reminiscent of beautiful, carefree years. But that is nothing compared to the attentive and warm welcome that Nicolas and his team gave us during our stay. We were going to have dinner there one evening and ultimately, we ate at La Signorizza throughout our stay. And for good reason, 2 members of our table are celiac (gluten intolerant), everything has been put in place to find suitable meals allowing all guests to have an excellent time. After a dish availability error, the team went out of its way to resolve the problem. Smiling welcome from all those encountered on site. Patience of the cashier. Cook who took great care to smooth over the error and who was responsible for requesting reimbursement of the difference from those responsible. I didn't have to travel, a manager did it for me. Despite the error (internal communication to improve?) I highly recommend because we clearly understood the desire to satisfy as best as possible (gluten, lactose intolerance and pregnant cooking for my daughter). See you soon

Good morning, The varieties of bread are numerous and of good quality However, regarding desserts (vegan and gluten-free) it would be good to specify that the lactose-free consistency is pasty due to the rice flour, which just makes it very unpleasant in the mouth.
