Good morning,
The varieties of bread are numerous and of good quality
However, regarding desserts (vegan and gluten-free) it would be good to specify that the lactose-free consistency is pasty due to the rice flour, which just makes it very unpleasant in the mouth.
It would be nice to have the choice of 2 versions
The whole team is smiling and pleasant.
