Fish and Chip shop right on the harbour. Has a dedicated Gluten Free fryer and so you can get a Coeliac safe fish and chips (and many other options). Food was good and portions large. Price a bit on the high side for a chippy but worth it for my mum to be able to eat safely. Staff not the friendliest but you hardly interact with them so its not really an issue.
The prices! I've choked on them since the last time we ate there a few days ago. We have eaten here before but not in about 9 months. I thought prices were ridiculous then but now they are eye watering. £4.40 for a SMALL CHIP. £5.50 for small chip with sauce. £13.60 for fish supper work no peas or tartare - those will cost your another £1.30 each and the tub of tartare is tiny! We got 2 mini fish suppers (and trust me it's mini) 1 peas and 2 tartare - £19.20. We ate here as we were on our back from Belfast and really hungry and they do gluten free. I doubt we'll eat there again. The prices just aren't justified
The best gluten free fish and chips in Northern Ireland !! Delicious and generous portions 🤩 Staff all very friendly and helpful . Will deffo return on our next visit to the area !!
I have to have gluten free and they do the absolute best chicken goujons and chips that are suitable.
They are so attentive when dealing with the gf food. Vwry happy customer
Was surprised at the massive menu… joking, loved it 👌🏽
Had a cheese burger (medium well done) with sweet potato fries.
My partner had a gluten cheese burger (medium done) and shoestring fries (skinny fries)
The best option was she is Gluten intolerant, so we were happy we found the gluten free bun on the option for her, so I would recommend here, and would definitely come back
Great food and friendly staff. Portions are quite generous. Gluten free options available. The empire stack was delicious, especially the tobacco onions (gluten free) on the top.
Staying in Newcastle and we looked for a coeliac friendly takeaway and found The Galley. Staff could not have been more helpful in making sure our order was perfect and went above and beyond. Got two gluten free goujon meals and the food was incredible, the best gluten free chippy we've ever had with lovely gravy to go with it. Could not recommend more
Beautiful meal and very attentive staff even the chef checked my meal was OK for me as I'm gluten free. Very good food and quality. Portions for even the biggest appetite can't wait to return
My favourite cafe in Lisburn by far! So much choice on the menu. Everything is made fresh and so many healthy and gluten free options which is a bonus! Coffee is the best ive had in Lisburn too. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. A hidden gem.
This has become our regular chippy! Not only do they have fantastic gluten free options but they take cross contamination very seriously. Tonight we had a missing dip but a short phonecall later and they fixed it! Amazing service ❤️
I never post bad reviews but after collecting an order this evening I feel I have to. I ordered a gluten free meal and it was perfect. I also ordered a sweet curry chip, a chinese curry chip and chicken goujons. I don't know what the sauce was on the first chip. The other chip was gravy and the chicken was overcooked. The chips were small and crispy. It went in the bin and it wasn't cheap at almost £34!! I definitely won't be back.

Food wasn't the nicest , so called gluten free burger gave my son dirrohea and stomach pains , everythig was quite over priced , will not be back.
Best gluten free chippy I've ever come across.
The gluten free goujons are fantastic and the chips were cooked perfectly. The gluten free gravy was really nice too. I will definitely make a point of calling in next time on my way up the coast.
Great wee meal with family including teenagers. Something for everyone and gluten free menu available. Portions were very generous and everyone enjoyed their choices. Reasonably priced and staff very friendly. Would recommend.
Every single time I order from this boojum items are missing or the order is wrong. Every single time. When I phone about it staff absolutely do not care. We also ordered bowls recently and they sent burritos instead, my friend is celiac and couldn't eat it. Avoid this boojum, it is terrible and never get an order right.
I’m gluten intolerant and the staff member serving me was so attentive, cleaned the whole work bench despite there being a queue to ensure there was no cross contamination. He also changed his gloves and asked if I wanted my sandwich retoasted. Fantastic service for anyone suffering with a gluten intolerance.
The takeaway food at this place is excellent and the staff is very friendly. They have a convenient website/app for ordering ahead, which saves a lot of time. I highly recommend it, especially for those who need gluten-free options.
My family and I love it when we get food from here but I do not know what is going on in that place today, we asked for 3 gluten free chicken boxes with a tub of curry, the food was fast enough but I’ve a feeling we got the stuff that had been sitting a wile as it was almost cold and it always does come really hot before but not today, then the other thing was the 3 curry tubs we asked for didn’t come as curry it was hot garlic mayo and I didn’t like it at all and even the mayo was warmer than the food, needless to say we didn’t even eat the half of it and if I lived in Limavady I would have took it all back but lesson learned I think I have to find another spot as am not going to give good cash for something I can do better at home
Our manager Ciaran surprised the Naomh Treasa Senior Ladies to Pizza Crew after their win on Sunday 🥳 No one was left out from the meat eaters, vegetarians and even the gluten free players. It was absolutely delicious. Nothing better than some team bonding over some yummy pizza. Go raibh míle maith agaibh Pizza Crew for such a generous gesture.
First time here, and most definitely won't be the last.
Catered for glutenfree, and the portions are enormous, but we still managed to finish it all off.
Thankuou to all the staff.
I just had the best gluten free fish & chips for lunch, it tasted great and was a lovely crispy texture not greasy. Kind staff, fantastic food. Can't wait to come back and try the gluten free chicken.
THIS IS A FIRST CLASS GF chippy
We had three great burgers here! Only downside is cash only, but is super affordable and he takes both euro and pounds. The owner is so kind and we had a great chat with him - felt right at home. The burgers were quick and yummy, the perfects stop on our way into Belfast. One of us is celiac/gluten free and she was able to get a classic cheeseburger with a bun. That was the only gf option, but very yummy.
Billy the supervisor was very helpful with me and helped with the gluten free choices as it was so small on my phone I couldn’t see them Billy was great
We get out of the friary regularly and it's always delicious! But tonight the chips were greasy and so disappointing to other times...the gluten free scampi was also disappointing...chewy prawns and so much batter. This is the first negative experience I've had. I will try them again as I said the food is normally 100% not sure why the chips were poor...hardly ate it. I hope it picks up again as we love here.
We order regularly from Yi House - lovely people & great food. Lots of veg in the dishes which I love, and they do a gluten free batter for those who are intolerant (for King Po etc)
