The service was great and very friendly. Charles was amazing and very helpful with all the info and how they handle food for our daughter, who has a gluten allergy. Thank you & your staff for making it simple for us. Keep up the great work. Will be back soon.

This place is not a good one to go to, they really have zero care about accuracy or customer service.
We ordered the gluten free noodles with the pesto sauce but the bowl they gave us was not the gluten free noodles. We ordered buttered noodles with 3 cheese tortelloni but it did not come with the tortelloni. We sent them both back but then the gluten free noodles came back with hardly any sauce, basically just dry noodles, and the buttered noodles came back only half-filled and missing the chicken.
It's not hard to follow customer's orders since plenty of restaurants do it, these people just do not care.
Their excuse: "We're just really busy". Busy? Please. There's no line, no orders queuing up, there's literally only us here. Regardless, there's no world where "busy" is a valid excuse for not paying attention to details.
We went to Mici’s for the first time. I had the gluten free pizza. We shared an antipasto salad and my family shared a pizza. It was all amazing! For dessert we had the gelato. So so good. My granddaughter got to play with pizza dough through our whole experience. We can’t wait to go back!
Hard to eat gluten free at any establishment. Was disappointed to read that the packet of roasted peppers are prepared with flour, for the salad I ordered. Otherwise, it was tasty.

Even though this place is all about pasta, it’s important to note that this is an outstanding option for those who are gluten-free. This business actually has two different types of pasta for those who have either sensitivity or preference.
Different eaters like their pasta cooked in a variety way. For example, they have traditional Italian dishes; however, they also have Thai options and family- friendly options like macaroni and cheese.
They are in my opinion, a bit pricey for a fast food chain. If you are watching your diet or your wallet, this may not be the best place to dine. The food is also somewhat rich (lots of cheese and salt) and generally contains a healthy dose of calories.
Still, it’s a pretty happy and quick outing and worth the occasional visit.
It’s one of the most inexpensive poke bowls I’ve had so far, and it was really good too. I had white rice, spicy salmon, carrots, cucumbers, mango, pineapple, avocado, gluten free soy sauce and cusabi. I love how they label what items are vegan and gluten free on their menu!
